For what projects/services did your company hire Fresh Design, and what were your goals?
We are working with Fresh Design on several projects. One of the projects is to create an interface for buyers, implement the process of sending a validated documents to a third-party system and generating financial reports and further transfer.
We have also started working on developing custom CRM-solution. The main tasks are to set up the logic for validation and parsing of data coming into the system, de-duplicate buying documents, check for conflicting data, and minimise human errors, generating financial reports for onward transmission of this data to the relevant departments.
How did you select Fresh Design and what were the deciding factors?
We looked through several companies that we have found through various channels. Fresh Design was chosen through a tender process, which they won based on their portfolio, their own website and the calculations they provided. These factors were important to us.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The main task of the project is to implement data pulling from the internal database, setting up the logic for validation and parsing the data coming into the system, creating a cabinet for buyers whose main purpose is to deduplicate buying documents, check for conflicting data, and minimise human errors.
As a result, after all the checks, the buyer can transmit the document with the data further down the process, the implementation of a process of sending the document to a third-party system, which performs confirmation of documents with suppliers and returns to our system and the implementation of logic for generating financial reports for further transfer of this data to the relevant departments.

Account manager - project communication, organisational issues. PM - team coordination, setting tasks, 1 backend, 1 frontend, 1 business analyst, 1 UI specialist as well as QA engineer

Outcome is positive. Incidents of false document exchange have been reduced, the process of interaction with third-party resources in terms of document flow has been accelerated, which has positively impacted the work process.

All communication on the project is carried out through PM, which is very convenient because different specialists are involved in the project and PM connects them to us for calls and discussions as they are needed.
So we are always able to communicate with the agency representative and it does not affect the performance of the team. The main communication on the project is done via email, using messengers for video communication and quick messages, within the team Fresh Design uses Jira.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
It's a pleasure to work with the team from Fresh Design. The assigned tasks are carried out efficiently and on time. Fresh Design specialists take the initiative and share their experience on many issues.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There are always things to improve while developing a project of this scale. The nice thing is that the guys accept our feedback and try to improve our processes and product.

Our platform is a first self-service promotion network that distributes streaming video content, in real-time, across websites.
For what projects/services did your company hire Fresh Design, and what were your goals?
We have 3 projects with Fresh Design company. The main tasks were optimization and simplification of customer interaction with the service, updating of the website design and user personal accounts. The service helps our platform attract an audience to its stream by placing ads of this stream on other profile sites. We wanted to refresh the webdesign, make it more personal and user-friendly to our audience, and it was also necessary to simplify the interaction between users and the service. It allowed us to interest new users in the service and make it more understandable, thus encouraging customers to use our service.
How did you select Fresh Design and what were the deciding factors?
Before the first contact with Fresh Design, we followed their works, publications on the site and their activity for about a year. We really liked what they were doing, because when we needed them, we immediately contacted Fresh Design.

We have a total of 3 projects, among them there were both design and business analysis works and full development of corporate resource from scratch. As for the foreground project, we provided the old website, necessary accesses and voiced tasks on site redesign and analytics/improvement of user's personal accounts. In this project I am responsible for all tasks assigned to the performer, compliance with quality and deadlines. At the request of Fresh Design specialists we provided the necessary information, but all ideas, concepts and suggestions came from them. All we had to do was to choose the option we liked and develop it together.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
For this particular project the following specialists were involved: business analyst, project manager, account manager, designer, front-end specialist. If necessary, one more business analyst and designer were involved.

The design of the site has looked much more interesting and attractive, which was repeatedly mentioned by our users. They also noted that using the service, making the necessary settings became much easier and clearer. The number of users, who themselves began to understand the functional part of the service has increased significantly.

An account manager and project manager were allocated for our project. Communication was held in a convenient for us messenger, important moments were recorded in the mail. The project manager assigned tasks to his team in Jira, the design was transferred to zeplin.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
It is very pleasant to work with Fresh Design, the specialists are always attentive and responsible for their tasks, we are satisfied with the result and plan to work with them in the future if there is a need in their services. There have been a lot of discussions and defending the point of view of each party during the work process, but it's the right workflow that leads to the best results, we are happy with what we have achieved.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The specialists of Fresh Design understood the assigned tasks correctly, offered their insights and options. If we talk about the tasks they were assigned, then most likely everything is as it should have been.

Fresh Design developed a new website for one of the projects. It was necessary to make a complete redesign of the old site in a very short time.

The main goal of this project was to make a convenient and understandable site for our residential quarter.

I heard a lot of good reviews about the Fresh Design team. At the first meeting, their team proved to be professional. They quickly plunged into the project.

Fresh Design offered a complete redesign of the old Poetica website. The team developed about 10 pages. For each page, they have developed unique design solutions. The site had all the necessary integrations. This is important in real estate sales. For example, CRM or Flatris. Mostly I communicated with Fresh Design. I approved the layouts, gave comments. They were always attentive to our wishes. For our part, we gave the site content: text and creatives. The main page of the site and the intro were developed in a couple of weeks because we had a start of sales. The Fresh Design team worked quickly and smoothly. They even managed to make a mobile version of the site, it is a shock. Of course, we still worked on the result for a long time, but the professionalism of Fresh Design simplified the work.

There were 9 people in the Fresh Design team: • Business analytic • UI-designer • Project manager • Account manager • Back-end developer • 3 Front-end developers • QA-specialist All team members did a good job, they finished work on time.

Unfortunately, I cannot write accurate data due to NDA. I can say we abandoned all other options for Poetica landing pages and sites. The session time on the page has increased, everyone was satisfied.

The organization at Fresh Design is excellent. Our manager Sergey Yurchenko was always in touch. We had problems due to the fact that the first pages did very quickly. But Sergey always quickly helped to correct errors or to set a task for the developer.

For what projects/services did your company hire Fresh Design?
We collaborate with Fresh Design on several projects. At the development of Meest Group Global website the task was rebranding of our current products and websites in all countries and uniting them at one domain name. So now we have an international website where we can add content for unlimited number of countries.
What were your goals for this project?
The main task of the projects was developing a new site , where all our customers can find information about all our services around the world. The Meest company has its representative offices in many countries all over the world, and had different sites with different identity in each country. Therefore, our main goal was to combine our sites and services under one brand and on one website. This is a long process, because It requires a lot of resources, both on our part and on the part of the development team, so after the launch of the site this process continues till now.
How did you select this vendor?
We communicate with several companies that we found through various channels. Fresh design was chosen randomly through Google search. We liked the portfolio, their own website, and fast answers in providing calculations and offers. These factors were important to us.

The main goal of Fresh Design team was to create a site from scratch. They started with the brand identity, then prepared prototypes, technical specification, design layouts, and then follow to the development process, which essentially continues till now. We are constantly asking the FD team to add new functionality as we continue to launch new countries on the website and adding feuters needed for our business units. The main feature of the site is its regionality - i.e. the ability to add an unlimited number of countries where our services are presented. In fact, this is big amount of websites within one system. Each country has its own unique functionality, content and structure. A number of integrations with our internal systems have also been implemented.
What was the team composition?
At different stages of development, the team consisted of different specialists, also after our request, Fresh Design added additional specialists - we were faced with the task of launching the American and Canada countries in the shortest possible time. In general, up to 25 people worked on the project for the entire time. The main project team has not changed and still remains the same.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Since the launch of this site is the task of the marketing department the main task is the unification of all sites under one domain, we can say that this task is partly finished as we still launching new countries. Of course the costs of supporting other sites are reduced, and in the future, when all countries will be launched, they will decrease more. Now, the task of developing a tool that allow us to solve this issue of unification is completed.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
All communication on the project was and is being conducted through Account manager, it is very convenient because different specialists were worked on the project and AM connects them to our discussions if it's necessary. The team also has a PM project, which is engaged in the distribution of tasks, planning and motivation of specialists. Thus, we always have the opportunity to communicate with agency representative. We conduct the main communication on the project through the mail, use messengers for video communication. The Fresh Design team uses Jira, for communication and task setting we use Trello.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
It was very important for us to launch project on time. The first launch was included USA and Canada countries. Fresh Design handed us the project on the agreed date. It was very important as we had an event dedicated to the company rebranding.

In process of development of a project of such size areas of improvement arise time to time. Nice thing is that the team accept our feedback and try to improve both the processes and our product.

We, as a startup, were very tied to the launch dates, it was very important for us. And of course, since our users choose to repair their apartment online, it was very important for us to launch a quality product that was convenient for the user.

Fresh Design was chosen because our partners spoke well of them, we liked the Fresh Design portfolio, their own website, and, of course, the responsiveness in responding and rendering miscalculations. At the first stage, we developed the landing page. Here the guys proposed a structure based on our wishes, we approved it, and then moved on to design. In parallel, the guys developed a logo and brand identity for us, so by the design stage we already understood what color solutions and style of our site would be.
After submitting the design, the guys made a review of the layout absolutely free of charge, which helped us to create the highest quality website. At the second stage, we launched the design of the repair constructor. I
t also developed and approved first the structure, then the design. The agency has a very strong business analysis, so we had a minimum of comments, and as a result we got what we wanted on time.

The goal is to attract leads, namely, agricultural company and farmers. The project is an online service, so a well-designed design is its main component. Within the framework of the project, were developed: - brand identity - landing page where potential customers would go - design of personal accounts. My role was in collection and control the requirements, ideas, goals of the project, as well as coordinating all the materials that the guys offered at each stage. The first stage was the development of the logo - the guys presented 3 options, we immediately chose one of them because we liked the description and the idea (plant), we liked the fact that our logo carries a semantic load. The second stage of work is the development of prototypes, here they often called up with the guys and discussed user behavior, the logic of displaying certain elements on the page. The third stage is the design, here we agreed on the layout and voiced the guys our wishes. Well, at the last stage - launching the landing page - we checked whether everything works the way we wanted, discussed the functional with the guys and successfully launched the project.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of Zennous. We provide marketing through digital screens in taxis, Ubers, and other vehicles.
What challenge were you trying to address with Fresh Design?
We hired Fresh Design to develop our website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Fresh Design designed our website for us. We provided their team with sketches, and they supplied PDF design elements. It’s a simple one-page site that is mainly for presentation, so there aren’t specific functionalities. They created a custom CMS for the website called fdForge, so we can log in and edit content and design elements.
After they developed it, they added a few more graphic elements and animations. The site mainly scrolls vertically and horizontally with the functionalities they added. They added these features without increasing the cost, too.

I had one main contact from their team.
How did you come to work with Fresh Design?
I was specifically looking for someone from Ukraine, and I found them on a website that listed portfolios of companies from there. I shortlisted five of them and reached out to each for estimates. Fresh Design gave us the best budget, and they provided a simple solution that was exactly what we were looking for, so we chose them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $3,500 on the website. It was a good price, compared to other companies.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with Fresh Design between September–October 2017. The project was done in less than a month.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve won an award for one-page designs; it’s eye-catching. Fresh Design didn’t overcomplicate the solution, which is why we were able to get a low cost, and they delivered within the budget and timeframe.
The CMS is easy to use, and we haven’t had any issues with it. Everybody liked our website. It’s very well designed and it works without any problems. We’re not tracking any metrics of the site, because it’s primarily serving as an online brochure for us.
How did Fresh Design perform from a project management standpoint?
Their team answered quickly, were engaged, and accessible. We spoke through WhatsApp and on the phone, and we never had to wait. We worked collaboratively and used video calls, to explain exactly what we wanted. We could easily tell them what we wanted, and they returned with it.
They also gave us suggestions on what technologies to use, laying out the pros and cons of the cost and other details. For example, we had an issue with the API, but they came back with a solution within two days. We were really satisfied with how they worked with us.
What did you find most impressive about them?
One of the best parts about working with their team was their design expertise since we really cared about visuals. It was essential for us to find a creative provider that could make a great design.
Most importantly, they had access to the correct people and always researched to find the right solution. They were proactive and addressed all of our needs. They produced clean work and delivered it on time.

I can’t think of anything.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
I would definitely recommend Fresh Design to someone looking for a functional website with great design. They were great designers and produced the work themselves, not with templates.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the managing director of Zohar Entertainment Group. We’re a video and audio content management agency, specializing in broadcasting specific genres and specific video content such as ancient mysteries and ancient histories.
What challenge were you trying to address with Fresh Design?
We were looking for a company that could create a branded and unique platform/website that would show who we are, what we do, and have a portfolio of clients that we serve. Since we also specialize in live and tailored events, we needed a company that could create state-of-the-art and elegant websites for showcasing said events and more.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Fresh Design has done everything from concept work to the design and execution of the entire project. They took our vision and transformed it into a solid website presence. Basically, they created our main company website as well as several other websites that stem from it.
Our main website is more like a digital business card for us. Fresh Design did a wonderful job with it, creating intelligent categories and features that allow members to have their own account where they can set their preferences for the videos they’d like to watch. Additionally, they also built a functional website for software development, an events page where we can showcase client events and all the related information, and a website where users can purchase digital courses and print training manuals.
The events page was turned out very user-friendly and it all has all the functions from search results to recommendations within the site. Additionally, Fresh Design helped us create a blueprint for a very unique professional networking platform. We wanted to build a high-quality and well-branded social, educational, entertainment, and professional platform with a specific focus on the subject-related fields. It includes associated products and services that follow the trends in UI/UX.
We’re going to implement fingerprint security access for mobile users, which we were going to do in multiple languages. Fresh Design will also be helping us integrate blockchain technology and a monetization system, creating a subject-related financial market within the system. We’re also going to implement a navigation system with an intuitive interface and functional modules for maximum convenience and simplicity for the users.
We had started working on using Redis, Sphinx, PHP, Angular, and MySQL. Fresh Design has its own fdForge, which enables the integration of popular emailing services, sets up OG and metadata, and creates advertising campaigns. The system also allows us to actively monitor access rights, activity, administrators, and more.
What is the team composition?
We have a main point of contact at Fresh Design. We’ve also always had a project manager on standby 24/7 who communicates with us daily regarding updates, as well as two or three graphic designers and two or three coders at the same time. There have been seven or eight people in total working on the project.

I found them through Best CSS. I was looking for a partner to build the websites and searched for a few in London, but I didn’t like them because they didn’t have a vision. I found a website built by Fresh Design and was so impressed by it that I immediately got in touch with them. I saw that they have a vision and already had an interest in our industry. They’ve been pushing boundaries for us because our work is very unique for them.

What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with them in June 2016, and the partnership is ongoing. We’re just about to start two more projects.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The compilation of all the websites took seven international awards, including Best CSS, Special Kudos, among others. We love Fresh Design and we don’t let anyone else build our websites. I just tell them what needs to be done and they know exactly how to do it. I don’t have to sit and artistically think about what needs to happen—they just know. They already know our branding and our vision.
We did a software development website with them as well, and they did such a great job. It was totally mainstream and unique, with different colors and layouts with visuals and graphics. I love their minimalistic ways of delivering an optimal visual experience, which is what’s beautiful about them. They embrace simplicity but pay attention to detail with their animations, colors, fonts, and transitions, which makes the end result very distinctive. In all these years we’ve been working together, we haven’t really had any glitches.
How did Fresh Design perform from a project management standpoint?
For me, the project has been very convenient because they speak Russian, as I do. They’re also very proficient in English, which is great. Fresh Design’s team is also polite, professional, and always follows up. They have visionaries that always offer suggestions.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Many vendors ask clients to tell them what they want to build. On the other hand, Fresh Design has a vision and can get inside the client’s head and can see through their eyes. They simply have a way of knowing what’s in your head, which is remarkable and uncommon.
When they do their brainstorming sessions, they’ll put me on a conference call and the entire team runs a presentation while contributing towards my goals. The entire team works together and everyone gets a chance to exercises their creative vision. When you look at our website, it isn’t only my vision, but there is a little piece of the entire team in it as well, which is lovely.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be working with them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I highly recommend Fresh Design, although sometimes I don’t want to recommend them because we want to keep them all to ourselves. If someone is looking to build a state of the art, classy, elegant, functional, and user-friendly websites, Fresh Design is the team to really work with because they do listen.

I’m the marketing director of Miloan Ukraine, an online loan service company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Fresh Design?
I needed someone to design and develop our website and hired Fresh Design for the task.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Fresh Design designed and developed our CRM system and website application. They created the logo and all the website’s layouts and handled all integrations with payment gateways so that users can pay for a loan or set up proration. Their team built the application to work with our CRM system and integrated it with our outside partners as well.
A year ago, they were using Angular but are now using Vue.js, and there are some server integrations on Linux. One of the functionalities they created was a dictionary that features terms from the website. They also offer recommendations for improving the product and we continue working with them for renovations.

There are two full-time people doing front- and backend programming. There’s also a part-time project manager a business analyst, a designer, and an ad-hoc server administrator.

Project management is good. We work in sprints and use Jira, making sure we have methodologies that work for both sides. They’re flexible to changes and deliver punctually 90% of the time.
