We began working with Formix when we launched our company in Sri Lanka. At the time, we needed to hire 10 call center executives. We started the process around the end of January, and Formix successfully completed the recruitment before the end of March. They handled the entire process, including candidate interviews, team culture development, documentation procedures, and onboarding coordination

Formix was impressively fast and responsive. Right after we signed the agreement, they began sending us pre-filtered candidates as early as the next day. Their customer support was highly efficient, and the candidates they provided were well-screened and matched our requirements closely.
