I am a staff of the marketing team at Doppelherz company. Our company specializes in providing health protection products for women before pregnancy, during pregnancy, and during lactation.

Our company needed someone who can manage social media accounts, and run ads on social media. In addition, they also have to plan marketing, PR, and booking strategies for KOLs to produce TVCs. Our goal was to get customer attraction from campaigns and gain more Reach and views for TVC.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I researched agency companies and was intrigued by Flamingo. Because this is a company with many years of experience in Marketing. We had a very successful discussion and decided to cooperate.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After receiving strategic advice from Flamingo for the entire campaign, they managed the social media account and created strategies and social content suitable for the company's products. During that campaign, they are responsible for booking the right KOLs to produce TVC for the company. The cooperation of Doppelherz and Flamingo has been very successful. Because after the strategy ended, our company received 5M Impressions, 3M reach and 1.6M video views

They implemented from building strategy to executing content writing, design, advertising, and setting up schedules for content publishing on daily basis.

We didn't need to manage their work actually, we collaborated with them to create videos sometimes, most of the time, their account manager, copywriters, and 2 content creators worked directly with my client's team with a team size of about 3 persons.
