The new design led to better user engagement, smoother navigation, and an increase in customer inquiries, helping us present our craft products more professionally online.While we didn’t track detailed analytics initially, we observed a noticeable increase in customer inquiries and user engagement after the website launch, including more contact form submissions and direct messages from customers. We determined the increase through team observations and customer feedback, including a rise in direct inquiries, contact form submissions, and positive comments from customers about the website’s design and ease of use.

UX/UI design is carried out with assistance from Fineart Design Agency.  They use Figma for design and take our suggestions into consideration as they go.

 We first met many times, during which I gave them unstructured data and documents on our user persona to arrange and utilize in creating a strategy.

They’re among the best designers I’ve worked with. When we give them a task, it’s normally done the next day, and they’re good at solving complicated problems.

We have daily check-ins where they provide us with updates on their work, sometimes in the form of videos or links to design files, and we exchange comments during these. We also have calls every two weeks for tasks or updates that require more in-depth discussions. They provided monthly roadmaps that outline the remaining portions of the project, manage it in Linear, and communicate via Slack and occasionally Zoom. They also quickly incorporate feedback and turn around deliverables.

That being said, they were always available for support and refinements as needed.
