A more daring or innovative approach in certain design elements could have elevated the project, giving it a unique edge and appeal.
Additionally, clarity in communicating the rationale behind design decisions was somewhat lacking. Providing a well-rounded context and justification for specific design choices would have been beneficial, allowing for a more informed and collaborative decision-making process.
Lastly, the project management aspect could be enhanced by offering a more comprehensive workback schedule. A detailed breakdown, mapping out each phase of the project with corresponding timelines, would have contributed to better planning, expectation setting, and overall project flow.

During the Discovery Phase, Figmatica talked a lot with us to really get what they wanted the website to do and who it was for. In the Design Phase, the team made drawings and models of how the website would look. 

They thought of lots of different ways to make it look good, and once they got a thumbs-up on one design, they started making it real. For the Development Phase, the developers build the part of the website that you see. They made sure the design worked well on all kinds of devices. They also made the website easy to find on search engines. 

They added things like meta tags and special text for images. They also set up Google Analytics to watch how many people were using the website and what they were doing on it. And, as needed, they checked everything super carefully to make sure the website worked perfectly. They looked at links and forms, and they tried the website on different web browsers to be sure it looked and worked great everywhere.
