BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm a marketer at SAVSERVICE - an importer of international brands in Ukraine. In particular, the brand Wella. We help brands develop and spread awareness among customers.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire FFFACE.ME, and what were your goals?
We promote our brands on social networks and decided to do it with the help of a trendy tool - an Instagram filter to drive audience interest on this social network. Our goal was to increase interaction with our Instagram community and bring interest to our audience. At that time, we were actively working with influencers and targeted advertising, so we decided to activate new subscribers who came to us and cut down our unsubscribe rate.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We learned about FFFACE.ME after a high-profile case for Monobank, which I saw on Instagram. It worked great; that's how we learned about the studio and decided to work with them. I looked at the studio's profile on Instagram - everything was done very clearly and with attention to detail. Our first point of communication was very friendly, and my request was immediately received with enthusiasm, so I didn't even want to look for alternatives.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
For the Wella brand, we made an Instagram filter with four effects. I handed over information about the product, and the brand book told the studio about our audience and who we will interact with, colour choices, graphics and basic elements. The studio came back with some suggestions to use a mask and ideas on how the filter could work. After that, I chose the best option for us.
I was helped to understand in detail how it will work, how the mask will interact with iOS and Android, and how it will work from the perspective of our consumers. This helped in making the final decision. After my feedback in a very short time, the studio showed me the final version with a brighter makeup. Everything was very fast. The work was done in a super short amount of time.
I worked with agencies, and I know how long it takes to sign a contract or get a final project. Here I was surprised by the approach, collaboration and problem-solving. In general, we made this case very quickly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We wanted to have at least 20% interaction, but thanks to the filter, it exceeded our expectations. 600 UGCs were made, Impressions - 26.6k. For us then it was very high and a great result.

90% of the time, we communicated via telegram. I remember the proactivity, professionalism and sociability of the team.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
For his part, Dima (CEO) gave ideas for other brands or how to add an idea with a mask to retail. Polina was proactive and helped to make the mask execution correctly. She gave us a step-by-step guide on running the filter to make everything work well and implement our KPIs. I was impressed by the speed. As a client, I received a lot of attention after the collaboration.
The studio organized an event six months later and invited me as a guest, sending their merch invitation. The intention to build a long-term relationship is clear in the studio. I think it's very cool.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
This is not an essential suggestion but rather an optional add-on. Making it possible to prepare another one or two ready-made examples of additional mechanics for customers. Not only with reference mechanics but already adapted and ready customized proposals. That way, anyone who has never worked with these mechanics understands that it looks cool and its know-how for his brand.
After all, not everyone knows how to add it to their brand. If there is a collaboration with one brand, but the client has several other brands in their portfolio, you can immediately offer and provide a draft of ready-made mechanics for other brands.
