All the communication took place through a creative agency, and they chose a studio. But I can say that I used to work with FFFACE.ME, in general, we also made filters with them for various projects. So the creative agency knew the studio's capabilities and decided to work with them again.

We created a filter for the Visa Instagram account in support of 3 Ukrainian athletes from the Team Visa: Oleksandr, Oksana and Vladyslav. In this filter, we recreated the real apparel of our athletes, which gave every Ukrainian a chance to feel themselves in the athlete's shoes and cheer up for them before the competitions. We recreated Vladyslav's skeleton helmet and made an online copy of it.
In skeleton, helmet has a very important meaning not only from a safety point of view but also as a great place for the self-expression of each athlete. It always has an individual design to represent the athlete's spirit and persona. Vladislav's helmet has a unique history, and we were very glad to make an exact online copy of it and bring his physical helmet to AR.

I liked the reaction speed, flexibility and business understanding. FFFACE.ME didn't create a product for the sake of making it; they understood what was behind it and why entertaining content is created. They skillfully combine the businesses and the audience's interests.

Everything works quite well. There is even a desire to dive deeper into business together because it's always beneficial. Also, to provide recommendations for product distribution and share the understanding of how it works. Sometime after the start of the filter, periodically check on the client's page to see how the filter is working and how it's doing in the intermediate stages. The appeal of gift certificates is that they literally are the Silpo products that everyone loves so much - hot pizza, fresh lettuce and radishes, sweet doughnuts and crispy baguettes. We visualized this idea as an Instagram filter. When launched, a certificate appears, and the magic happens right away.
On the user's head, they get edible accessories that change one by one - a cabbage hat, a baguette decoration, radish bows etc. Since we understood that the main target audience of Silpo is women, we used that info to create a beauty filter: products act as headwear, earrings and other jewellery complemented by bright makeup.

It was for the creation of two filters for the brand Yula. Both were target trackers: one target tracker was on a large mural, and the second was on a can of Yula. It's notable that this was the first case like this, before it was impossible to put a target tracker on a can like that because of the shape and shiny coating. Back then, trackers had many issues, but FFFACE.ME was able to make one tracker for three different colours in the same filter. We consider this our R&D because it really was an innovation.

We have previously worked with FFFACE.ME on another project (AR-filter for SMW Conference) and were very happy with the results, as we got a lot of attention and engagement among our target audience. So we didn't even consider another vendor. Also, I think no other vendor does such projects at such a high level as FFFACE.ME.

We are delighted with how quickly the project was completed – FFFACE.ME managed to complete it in less than two weeks. We came to the studio simply with an idea: to create an "ugly Christmas sweater" that would look like a regular sweater in reality but activated with AR.
In our case, a funny deer crawled out of the Christmas wreath and began to look around. FFFACE.ME partners, the FINCH brand, helped us with tailoring, who also got involved and sewed 50 sweaters with our design from excellent fabric in less than two weeks.
Studio also helped us upload a filter to the social network and create a guide for users. Then we sent sweaters to influencers and a press release to the media.

I am the head of the marketing team at Anex, Poland. We are an international brand of baby strollers and accessories. The head office is located in Poland, Warsaw, but we work with over 40 countries.
The primary markets are in Poland, Ukraine, Spain, Italy, Germany and the UK. We now have over 900 partner stores. Based on our social network data, we have half a million audiences who know us, love us and use our products.

We had 4 projects with FFFACE.ME. In the beginning, we came to order an Instagram filter for Valentine's Day, but Dima (CEO) instead convinced us to go with an image filter that explains our brand mission and positioning. As a result, we developed an Instagram filter with children's drawings on the users' faces.
Our mission is: "We Make Parenting Cool". With the help of this filter, we showed cool parenting because why not give children the opportunity to paint their parents' faces. The first project left us with a good impression of working with the studio. We came with one request, and we were persuaded to do something better. As a result, it turned out much better than we thought.
Subsequently, FFFACE.ME launched the charity platform FFFACE SOCIAL, where we were offered a collaboration with the charity fund Dobrodiy Club. As a result of this cooperation, we sponsored the charity filter. When people created a story with the Dobrodiy Club’s filter, donations were made to the fund.
I think it's a very cool case, perfect for us because in addition to our mission to make parenting cool, we have a social mission - to support adoption. We made a video campaign about adoption and made a video about how children from different countries are adopted. A very organic continuation was the collaboration with the Dobrodiy Club offered by FFFACE.ME.
The next two projects were about launching our new strollers. One stroller is a collaboration with the British illustrator Mr Woody Woods. FFFACE.ME made an augmented reality filter with UFOs. The second collaboration was with Balmain designer Safa Sahin, where FFFACE.ME made a gamified xylophone filter. The goals were very different in each project. Usually, we would come up with the idea that we thought was very cool.
FFFACE.ME helped us come up with something even better. The main task we set out with the studio in these cases was that the filter could be combined with a stroller - not something separate. I think we have made two very cool augmented reality cases that have gained worldwide recognition.

Before our first projects with FFFACE.ME, we already had experience in creating filters, but it was very plain, simple and uninteresting. We realized that we need people who can implement more complex projects. We found the studio's Instagram account, and when Valentine's Day came, we talked about Instagram filters. We decided to turn to them because we liked their portfolio.

For the collaboration of Mr Woody Woods x Anex x FFFACE.ME, we proposed the delivery and our vision, but the studio offered to make an augmented reality filter that we never thought about. As a result, the AR filter gave added value to the product. Even now, when customers are shown a stroller, they are also given a filter, which is a great advantage of our product.
The process of creating a filter was very fun: during one of the tests, when we wanted to see how it works on the stroller, the studio found a bug, which later became the main feature of the filter. The results of all our projects were very cool. It was nice to come back to FFFACE.ME with new ideas and suggestions and do something together. Every time we approached the studio, we were sure that they would carry out our projects with maximum attention to detail.
You can really feel that they care for each and every project. This resulted in the filter becoming a significant advantage to the product itself. Media mentions were also a fantastic bonus: Vogue wrote about us, which is very cool. We were counting on a fun filter but essentially got the first augmented reality stroller.

Everything is clear and understandable. If any questions ever come up, they are always resolved and explained. Everyone keeps their hands on the pulse of each project and adjusts the team to deadlines and communication across Telegram chats. All the information and chat history is stored in chats, which is very convenient. The studio submitted all projects on time.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We worked with many contractors and companies from Europe, but it is very rare to find a team that's just as caring for the product as this studio. At FFFACE.ME, everyone is involved in the project and does everything to make it as cool as possible. I want to continue working with them again and again.

For what projects/services did your company hire FFFACE.ME, and what were your goals?
The task was to present our category of premium TVs at an event. LG OLED TVs are unique for the incredible realism in the images. We wanted to demonstrate this at an offline event with augmented reality. We did a project involving AR for the first time. At the Economist event from NV magazine, we tried to implement a new showcase because the event's theme was “trends of the new year”.
The target audience was politicians and entrepreneurs, who may saw this TV before on other events, so we aimed to surprise everyone with something new. The task was to draw attention to the realism of the image on TV, take the contact info of interested clients, and personally consult with them after the event. SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We collaborated with FFFACE.ME in L'Oréal, Ukraine two years ago. I invited them to participate in a tender of creating Instagram filters with other three companies. I liked Dima's idea and proposal the most— FFFACE.ME won the tender. At that time, they offered the most creative and quickest solution. So, when I needed to create add-ons for an offline event, I turned to the studio because I knew it would be creative and fast.

We created an idea, the first mockup and held a meeting to go over the idea. Everything was created by brainstorming. After that, we made a mockup and the final design. There was a stage when we equipped our brand zone with tablets and racks so that everyone could test via augmented reality. Yegor, CTO of the studio, helped us with this.

We implemented the project very quickly, and the brand area with augmented reality attracted people's attention at the event. They approached and tested the augmented reality platform. Our theme was space. The space theme came to life on screen and went beyond the TV with the help of AR. We emphasized that you can get the same hyperrealistic effect at home thanks to OLED technology. Several people left their contacts for further consultation, which was a great result.

It was very easy and quick to communicate. Dima (CEO) led the project himself, and it went very smoothly. I liked the modern approach, which sped up all the processes. It was very convenient to solve everything directly in Telegram messenger, which is actually much easier than correspondence via e-mail. Everything went smoothly even though the deadlines were very tight.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I really liked the value they put on both the project and the concept, and the bureaucratic moments come second to it. If the studio is interested in the project, then they dive right into it, and for them, it becomes a top priority. I was impressed by their speed. I believe that few companies can create augmented reality filters or similar projects in such a short amount of time.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There were some chaotic moments that may seem unusual to others. It seemed that when we were implementing this project (December 2021), there were too many projects in the studio. If there were fewer of them, it might have been possible to give more time to customers and implement everything at a slower pace.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Astra Star is the first digital influencer in Ukraine and a product of the FFFACE.ME studio. Lenovo loves everything new, bold and innovative, which is why we as a brand decided to propose a studio project.

Implementation of Lenovo in life, posts and stories with Astra Star. In addition, Astra created a video tutorial on making a New Year's mask, and a video tutorial on Clo 3D. She also appeared on the cover of Pink magazine in collaboration with Lenovo. The project was divided into the following stages: Signing a contract, agreeing on the scope of work and its implementation. Step by step, posts were published in which we agreed on the text, the visual aspect, and then Astra published them on her account. The technology used is AR.

They have high decision-making speed, efficiency, and quick adaptation to situational projects, for example, like the same project with a cover in PINK. We did not discuss this in the contract, but FFFACE.ME agreed and quickly organized everything. Everything was a little chaotic, but on time.

Astra Star is unique, it’s the first kind of project like this in Ukraine. Lenovo's DNA is innovation. And it just happened that the first digital influencer and Lenovo became successful partners.

At first, the process was a little chaotic, as we worked with FFFACE.ME through an intermediary agency. When we realized that the agency is an extra link and started working directly, everything went fine. The only thing we were not very pleased with was the number of Astra Starr subscribers, which slightly increased over the period of our cooperation.

Casino brand PokerMatch company, division of PokerMatch Casino. I am the Head of SMM at PariMatch Tech for PokerMatch brands that promote poker and casino in Ukraine and, until recently, in the CIS. PokerMatch Casino operates within Ukraine and has also worked in the CIS and Europe.

We started working with FFFACE.ME in 2019, when the market was just starting to develop. Then, Facebook made Spark AR available to everyone. It was then that a request came up to make a mask. So fate brought me to Dima, Egor and Polina at the FFFACE.ME studio.
To date, we have made 5-6 masks with them. We collaborated with FFFACE.ME directly to create our AR effects, but we had previously developed the idea for a 3D mascot project. We really liked Astra, a digital influencer developed by FFFACE.ME. We wanted to create a similar character for our casino, but we have only collaborated on creating AR effects, interactive masks, and randomizer masks with filters.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I have been cooperating with FFFACE.ME for a very long time and consider them leaders in the market. They have something that their competitors do not have - a soul. Very fast communication with the CEO of the project, which is very impressive. The studio is about three years old, but Dima, Polina, and Yegor are still involved in communication, provide personal consultations, and generally manage the project.
Someone solves organizational issues, someone administrative and operational, and someone performs the creative part. Tops and managers of the company are involved in projects as much as possible, and you do not feel abandoned, as is sometimes the case with other studios. FFFACE.ME has swift communication on all fronts.
Of course, I like their portfolio and the significant number of cases. FFFACE.ME team are comprehensively developed. They don't just create filters but do a lot of projects with augmented reality. I liked how Dima described the studio, he said that FFFACE.ME is an AR marketing agency. And I think this is true because the studio's job is not only to go through the brief to create the appropriate filters and AR products but also to provide a full range of services and creative support.
Understanding of the target audience, knowledge of trends and the ability to promote the product. From design development to completion with a presentation on how to market and promote a mask. That is why I have been collaborating with FFFACE.ME for several years and keep in touch with the creators of the project.

Since I work in SMM very often everything happens situationally. Sometimes our company runs into the case that you needed to have a product ready yesterday. I would like to note that when I come to the studio with an idea, we will implement them in just a week. The scope of work is always as clear and as concise as possible, everything happens quickly. All our work has always gone through the following stages: idea, processing the idea and the concept for the target audience.
We bring the general idea, and the studio processes it and brings us a ready-made reference or mock-up of masks, and then we start to implement the idea, making minimal changes. We usually follow the format of 3 rounds of edits. But basically, on the first lap, everything is cleared up for us, which is impressive - we hit a match in understanding each other for filters and effects. The result has always been that our filters looked unique.
If you look at the market, you can see that almost all brands use a certain type of masks that does not stand out from others. The main advantage of FFFACE.ME is that their masks are not like others. And of course, what I really liked was the innovations that the studio always brought to projects. If something new comes up in the AR world, FFFACE.ME is very quick to pick it up.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
I always shared intermediate results with the studio: the period of greatest coverage and the period of filter burnout. I can share the results of the Free Spin mask for PokerMatch Casino. For all the time, the mask has collected 12,000 impressions, 8,000 discoveries, 4,000 uses and 600 publications. Compared to other filters we've created, the casino account filter is quite a subtle topic.
In Ukraine, the topic of gambling and casinos is still frowned upon. Our society is used to saying that this is gambling. Attitude towards casinos is not the same as in England or Scandinavian countries. There, casinos and games of this type are considered a way of entertainment. Casinos in Ukraine and the CIS countries are something bad, where you bring all your money, sell your apartment, and end up with nothing.
People still hide that they are playing and therefore do not follow Instagram accounts so often. So the mask was a risky move. But nevertheless, I believe that the mask turned out to be effective for the product and profile. We also made a filter for the Novus retail chain. It was a situational filter dedicated to New Year. At that time, we had about 20,000 mask impressions.

Despite the workload of the studio and the diversity of projects, Polina, Dima and Egor do not lose their management style and tone of communication. They manage every step of the project very well. Communication is always quick and clear, and we even completed all our projects a few days before the deadline.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The most impressive thing was the endless creativity. The studio continues to inspire. The uniqueness of the company is that there is not a drop-in bureaucracy and training in the creative market, as sometimes happens with a young advertising agency. Sometimes such agencies burn in their first years of work and shine very brightly, but after that, they fade away and their communication changes.
FFFACE.ME maintains communication. And in any case, I consider them market leaders - this is manifested not only in the loudness of the names but also in the fact that each of their partners feels openness and desire to help. The uniqueness of FFFACE.ME is that the founders and employees of the studio are interested in making the client feel confident. No client or partner is left behind.
Just recently, Dima recommended updating the mask that we launched in the summer. As the holidays approached, Dima or Polina wrote in personal messages with a recommendation to write to them in advance and have time to get into the studio's time frame so that they, in turn, have time to make a product for the company. This synergy makes FFFACE.ME unique and cool.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The studio and I cooperate not only with ready-made projects in stages - we have a lot of projects under discussion that we haven't implemented yet. There were social projects within Ukraine and Kyiv, but we were never able to implement them because we did not come to an agreement with the client. But even then, the studio paid attention to me as a customer and communicator. I have no areas of improvement to recommend. For me, as a client, everything looks perfect. I only wish for them to grow, develop, and cover new areas.
