After a few email exchanges in the first ~1 week to discuss the main technological choice, the implementation started in earnest. Therafter, progress was discussed and feedback was provided during weekly meetings with the assigned developer.

All along, communication was excellent. The team was very experienced. They made sure to always provide a rationale for their choices and responding swiftly to any feedback. Despite the relatively demanding timeline, the product was delivered on time and exceeded our expectation
