The Econ-X team has been continuously improving our website. Their services included modifying and integrating website pop-ups, as well as working with banners. If we needed video-format banners specifically adapted to the website, the Ecom-X team handled that as well. They focused on enhancing the user experience, ensuring it was as intuitive and seamless as possible. Their work contributed to improving conversion rates by optimizing the website's speed and ensuring fast loading times for content on different pages. Additionally, Ecom-X was responsible for translating the website into multiple languages and integrating key features, such as enabling customer reviews, adding product customization options on product pages, and more. Overall, throughout our collaboration with Ecom-X, we have been continuously working on improving the website and enhancing the user experience to ensure that visitors not only engage with our platform but also develop a lasting connection with our brand.

The success of this project is reflected in significant results: the client’s revenue increased by 150%, and the website’s conversion rate improved by 111%. These gains highlight the effectiveness of the strategies implemented to enhance user experience and drive higher sales.

Regarding the Project Management, as a client, we would have appreciated a faster response to assigned tasks and a quicker implementation of solutions.

During our project, we encountered situations where some changes were introduced without much thought, requiring us, from a business perspective, to explain the importance of certain details that were crucial both for us and for our customers. At times, it felt like the Ecom-X team did not fully understand our niche, which led to misaligned implementations

That being said, our overall communication has been efficient, and while task completion has been about 50/50 some delivered on time, others delayed - we would certainly prefer a faster turnaround.

If we were to rate the project management, we would give it a 4 out of 5.
