How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I had several companies to provide services and the main criteria were: price, deadline and previous experience. The guys from Dzeya identified the scope of work and determined the deadlines for implementation.

Localized Strategy: step one was to figure out our messaging for the Ukrainian region and how to approach the people there. It’s a little different from western Europe and it is very different from let’s say the USA or ME countries. The main challenge was to find the right tone for the messaging. We needed to find the right balance between being informative and being positive.
Social Media: with guys from Dzeya we created the Instagram and Facebook pages and started ad campaigns on these platforms. We focused on these to approach more mobile users to motivate them to install our app. We started out with Android devices and used the campaigns here to better understand what messaging resonates and works best. Then we moved to iOS.
Google Ads Campaigns: Once our Facebook and Instagram ads had been launched, we did the same with Google. We used Google Ads to target users who were searching for relevant keywords. Content: Once we saw the effect of our mobile ads, we started working with copywriters from Dzeya to create some additional content. Some of this content was then also used in our social campaigns.
Copywriters created a blog post that was used as a landing page for the app. It was a general overview of the app and an explanation of what we were trying to do. Copywriters created a series of blog posts about the various features of the app. We had a lot of discussions about the tone of the content. We didn’t want to sound like a salesperson, but we also wanted to be confident in what we were selling.

We worked with one account manager, one designer, a copywriter, and one PPC specialist.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We were able to achieve a significant app install base and reach our targeted KPIs. Thanks to guys from Dzeya work, the company gained a better understanding of how to approach and communicate with people. My team developed a strategy around that, which was something that was sorely lacking before Dzeya joined.

All communication was on Slack with weekly follow-up calls.

I heard about Dzeya from some of my previous colleagues and invited them for an interview. After having a discussion we took a decision to work with Dzeya.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
At the start of the work, the main task was to create an analytics system with the definition of key events that would allow us to determine the effectiveness of various channels and collect remarketing audiences. The team from Dzeya created a traffic map with key events. Google Tag Manager was implemented on the site with all trackers and custom events, which were later used to optimize advertising campaigns and build funnels. An important stage was the work on brand awareness.
For these purposes, advertising video campaigns were launched on YouTube and Meta Ads. We've reached 750,000 views and 14,000 subscribers on the YouTube channel. During the brand awareness campaign, we create a UTM tag system, which we can use for the following PR campaigns. Because of this, we can simply detect the best source where we can buy some sponsored content.
Also, it’s here that we collect data for the following campaigns. To attract users to focus groups, ambassadorship and press releases, we developed a solution for building a flow with a set of landing pages for different traffic sources. This made it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of different channels and determine the most effective channels for scaling them. The data was collected through paid sources such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Coinzilla, Bitmedia and from articles posted on thematic portals.
For creating and working with their own database, we’ve implemented HubSpot. It’ll help us deeply understand the users, re-engage them and automate many marketing workflows. During the soft launch, we tested build stability, in-game engagement and monetization. We achieved 18.5 K pre-registrations in Google Play. Cost per pre-registrations: 0.31 USD.

Overall, the workflow between our team and theirs was quite effective. We were able to communicate regularly through Telegram and Google Meet, and our weekly calls were helpful in ensuring that all updates and tasks were completed in a timely manner. We were also able to collaborate and discuss tasks efficiently, allowing us to complete projects quickly and effectively.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Metarun found Dzeya to be most impressive for its comprehensive suite of digital marketing solutions, from HubSpot and Facebook Ads to TikTok Ads and Google Analytics.
