Shopify Expert for E-commerce Website Maintenance & Development
The Shopify Expert helps maintain and develop our E-commerce site. We are looking for him to start on 3 small projects, but we want to have a long term on-going relationship with this person so that he can always help us with any Shopify issues that we may run into in the future with our site or any changes that we may want made. Since our site is pretty custom built, it would be great to have an expert that could really manage and figure out the best solution.
The first tasks we want accomplished are these:
PROJECT LIST (in order of priority):
We used to have various PayPal Options set up on our site (Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc). They are no longer showing and it seems that everything is being charged through Recharge (Recharge is the app we use for monthly subscriptions only so it should not be utilized for one time orders). Currently, it looks like everything seems to be going through Recharge: Can you please set the checkout page (similar to competitors pages like Liquid IV) where we have various payment options available including PayPal?
We currently have a monthly subscription enabled for the 10ct Pineapple pack which needs to be disabled ASAP. We should only have a monthly subscription option available for the 30ct Pineapple. (NOT THE 10ct). Can you please disable the monthly subscription option for 10ct pineapple. Customers should only be able to buy it "just once." Currently on the site it looks disabled but for some reason we still had a customer order come through as a subscription for the 10ct Pineapple.
When people add to cart the 12ct Variety pack (or any of the other products like our Berry or Lime flavors in 10ct or 30ct) ONLY the pineapple pack image is showing on the cart. This was set up differently before where the actual product ordered would pop-up on the cart. We don't want to confuse customers and make them think that they ordered the wrong product. Can we please fix the image to ensure that the right product (count and flavor) image shows up correctly from the product that was ordered?
Other tasks for later will include:
Updating to bottom of website page (where people subscribe to email, so that it's more clear that the email has been subscribed)
Checking for ADA compliance

At each stage we were fed demo's of the product to confirm the correct methodology.

We had to make many changes as the job progressed. It involved working with our current wordpress site along with generating PDF invoice and notifications to our sales and accounts teams.

We chose from a select list of vendors of Upwork and chose Dynamic Dreamz thanks to their glowing reviews from their past clients.

We had them work on creating a draft theme first and along the way gave them our feedback on what should be tweaked since we had more knowledge about what our customers' pain points would be. After this back-and-forth process, we launched the theme last October 2021 and tweaked any live issues we were seeing, and ended our contract then as well.

2 people from the vendor's team worked with me - they were both part of the IT development team.

The output and final product that Dynamic Dreamz has been an amazing boost for our business. We're seeing lower bounce rates for our website relative to how we were performing before COVID-19 struck so we're really happy with how things turned out.

They communicated with us on Upwork for all of the project and they promptly implemented any and all feedback within 24-48 hours which we were very happy with.
