I’m the CMO of a fitness company. We provide patient-focused telehealth, pharmacy, and aesthetic services, offering access to providers and technology for medical weight loss, hormone therapy, wellness, and medspa treatments through modern, compliant brands.

Dodox built our entire platform. They handled everything from consultancy to product development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dodox built our entire website, including the entire flow. They created forms, checkouts, doctor panels, nutritionist panels, staff panels, product detail pages (PDP), main pages, legal pages, BMI calculators, shipping integrations, blogs, CMS integrations, and payment gateway integrations. Everything was custom-coded.Moreover, Dodox provided three months of ongoing maintenance from the date of launch for any problems or issues on the live website.

We found them through an online search and a referral. Their pricing fit our budget, and they were a great cultural fit. Moreover, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

We worked together from January 2026–April 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had good conversion rates and a good number of people checking out. Users left positive feedback about the website and the entire flow of registration, login, and management. We also received internal feedback from the staff and the doctor/nutritionist team that the platform was very user-friendly and intuitive.Moreover, we had a 15% conversion rate and an average of three minutes on the website, which was good for our industry. Both the internal team and the customers complimented the platform.

How did Dodox perform from a project management standpoint?

Dodox’s team was very good and understanding. They delivered before the deadline. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed by their timely delivery, great technical ability, and understanding. They weren’t overly professional and loved the work they did. Moreover, Rudra (Founder) was extremely polite, and we loved him. He was very understanding and a tech wizard.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I was overall very satisfied.
