What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw increased load times, traffic, and conversions, as well as easier user access. Dodox got us important integrations that we didn’t have an idea about but are now a key part of our everyday work. They were very cooperative and understanding.

How did Dodox perform from a project management standpoint?

Dodox delivered on time. I was very happy with how they managed our project. Everything was planned and fit into that plan beautifully. We didn’t face any delays. The handoffs were smooth. They regularly updated us via email and WhatsApp and had good communication with our team. They were responsive and often replied within half an hour to an hour. We had regular meetings for each milestone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Dodox was very nice, understanding, and considerate. Their technical brilliance was genuinely impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need to work on their team hierarchy.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dodox built our entire website, including the entire flow. They created forms, checkouts, doctor panels, nutritionist panels, staff panels, product detail pages (PDP), main pages, legal pages, BMI calculators, shipping integrations, blogs, CMS integrations, and payment gateway integrations. Everything was custom-coded.Moreover, Dodox provided three months of ongoing maintenance from the date of launch for any problems or issues on the live website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had good conversion rates and a good number of people checking out. Users left positive feedback about the website and the entire flow of registration, login, and management. We also received internal feedback from the staff and the doctor/nutritionist team that the platform was very user-friendly and intuitive.Moreover, we had a 15% conversion rate and an average of three minutes on the website, which was good for our industry. Both the internal team and the customers complimented the platform.

How did Dodox perform from a project management standpoint?

Dodox’s team was very good and understanding. They delivered before the deadline. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed by their timely delivery, great technical ability, and understanding. They weren’t overly professional and loved the work they did. Moreover, Rudra (Founder) was extremely polite, and we loved him. He was very understanding and a tech wizard.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I was overall very satisfied.
