Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the head of marketing department in Kodi Professional — a company that provides a wide range of professional materials for nail extension and design, which is constantly updated. We focus on the latest scientific developments, advanced technologies and high quality standards.
Today, the company has already managed to take a worthy place in the market of the nail industry and to establish itself as a reliable and promising partner. We have enormous potential, so every day gives us a new opportunity to translate into reality those plans that once seemed unattainable.

For what projects/services did your company hire Disqover Agency, and what were your goals?
We are a large international company, we have our own large production and a wide range of goods that we sell in different parts of the world. Launching on the international marketplaces was one of our key goals so that we could become even closer to our customers, be able to attract new clients, reach an even larger market share, improve our financial performance and strengthen our reputation in the world.
Of course, among the many options, we chose to lunch on Amazon. In the first stage, we set ourselves the goal of fully setting up our seller account, creating listings for our products, and launching sales on the marketplace. We also wanted to connect our registered trademarks around the world to use an additional variety of brand tools on Amazon.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
From the very beginning, we planned to hire a professional team with experience, specialized knowledge, skills, and a successful portfolio. In our case, we were looking for a vendor who could handle such a large client as us. It was important to us that all actions complied with Amazon rules & policies, and all processes were set up and executed on time.
We know that our product is not easy to manage according to a lot of regulations and certifications, so it was also important for us that the team was flexible, reacted quickly to difficulties, could solve complex cases, and find solutions to difficult situations. We were very lucky to find Disqover Agency. After reviewing the team's portfolio and getting acquainted with the level of their professionalism and experience, we decided to choose them, and now we understand that this was a very good decision.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
From the first stages of our cooperation, we were satisfied with the process. Once our seller account has been set up, we begin the process of creating listings. We decided that for the convenience of sales management, we will use FBA fulfillment, which involves sending our goods to the Amazon warehouses, where Amazon will store them and send them to the customers. At this stage, we encountered difficulties with transporting and storing regulations because Amazon classified our goods as Dangerous goods (also called hazmat). That's about the substances or materials that may pose a risk during storing, handling, or transporting because they contain flammable substances.
To prevent potential health and safety risks, Amazon required us to provide information about our product and pass a lengthy inspection before we could be allowed to sell our product. We provided all the necessary documentation to the Disqover team, and they took over the entire process of passing the inspection. It took a long time due to delays on Amazon's side, but as a result, we finally managed to solve all the problems. The listings have been successfully created and were ready to ship our products to Amazon warehouses in the United States.
We also assigned the Disqover team the task of connecting our brands in different countries to the seller's account on Amazon. We wanted each of our listings to be under our registered brand. This would be a bonus to consumer reliability in our products, and also - opened up many opportunities to use brand tools, such as creating additional content on listings, creating a brand store, launching brand advertising, and blocking all other sellers who sell our products without permission and more. Disqover Agency coped with all the tasks perfectly, our brand was successfully connected in all countries, and we were completely satisfied with the result.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
For the most part, all of our communication with the team was through our Account Manager. The Account Director of the team and the agency's CEO has always been in touch with us also. We knew that other specialists also worked on the tasks related to our project, but we did not need to communicate with each of them separately, because we knew that our Account Manager manages the teamwork, and monitors the implementation of tasks and deadlines. Therefore, it was comfortable for us to stay in touch with our manager and coordinate all the moments through him.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We decided to create listings for almost 20 products. As a result, all the listings were created, we solved all the issues related to the hazmat regulation, so in this direction, all the problems were solved and this is a very good result. Regarding the connection of trademarks in different countries - we have agreed with the agency to connect trademarks in almost 10 different countries. The team successfully connected all brands and, at our request, expanded access to the use of brand tools on Amazon to our distributors. In general, we are very pleased with the result and we can say that we have never regretted that we hired Disqover Agency.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We were very comfortable and convenient to communicate with the team through our Account Manager because it did not take much time and effort. We were pleased that we did not need to communicate with each specialist individually and explain several times what we needed because the Account Manager quickly received information, quickly processed our requests, if necessary, immediately transferred tasks to specialists, monitored deadlines, and tracked our progress.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
As I mentioned above, it was very important for us that the vendor was ready to deal with such a large client as us and was ready to solve quite complex cases related to our product. We were very pleasantly surprised that the team was not stopped by any difficulties that arose in the process of work.
All problems were discussed quickly, good working solutions were found and we did not notice any signs of confusion. They were true professionals with the appropriate knowledge, skills, and experience for all our needs. When the team is not afraid of any difficulties and obstacles, sets ambitious goals, tries to meet the demands of its client, and copes with all the tasks quickly and efficiently - it speaks for itself.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
