They were good at managing tasks and timelines. Their team was very organized. We set up weekly calls and communicated daily via emails. JIRA was mainly used for project management. Initially, I was not well accustomed with PMS tools and their utility. After working with On Digitals, I got to learn about a lot of new tools and technologies.

On Digitals team helped us revamp our marketing campaigns from the ground up. They dedicated the first couple of days learning about our target audience - their likes, dislikes, behaviours, etc. They then created buyer personas and analyzed our existing marketing channels. Their team then determined which channels were performing and introduced other marketing means we weren’t harnessing yet.

They helped us with PR, and social media ads both of which turned out to be very good strategies to achieve our objectives. On Digitals team got us published on several good platforms that brought in a good amount of traction and established us as an authority in our domain. Apart from this, they worked on our social media platforms, improved our visibility, and set ad campaigns that helped attract the right kind of audience to our platform.

Working with them was smooth. They understood our objectives pretty well and delivered results accordingly. We had regular calls via Google meet wherein they shared their plans and tactics as the project progressed.

They are geniuses! Some of their ideas were really valuable and helped us grow rapidly. For instance, they recommended we should try influencer marketing - which we did - and the results were astounding. We only wish we had hired them sooner.

Nothing much to say here. They always monitor their processes and continuously improve them over time.

They worked overtime to meet many deadlines from us and other clients.

I feel more confident when introducing my company to the clients. Our potential clients were impressed when I handed them with profile and showed our website. It was tangible that the amount of new clients has been increasing.

• About 40% people call us for the services claimed that they found us on the internet.
• At least 30% more customers expressed their pleasure through conversation with us.
• 20% of them agree to sign the contract comparing with before accomplishing this digital marketing project.

These metrics are far more than our expectation.

The team perform high level of professional work proficient. Communication were through social networks including Zalo, Facebook and phone calls. There were few times we met offline at their office to further discuss our requirements. Workflow was managed through using "Instagantt" platform. The vendor was very responsive to my feedback and most of the time all comments were addressed.

Finally, guest posting on other sites to drive traffic back to our website. My role is to supervise the project and ensure it meets the required outcome.

To go over the specific demands of my organization in more detail, we held an initial exploratory session. I intended to utilize the very basic page that I had started as a guide. I also sent pages from a couple of other businesses that illustrated the kind of content our company was seeking. I then sent the digitals team some media to put on the website.
Design mock-ups were first produced before the programming stage. I think before we started programming, we went through three design mock-ups. We went through three or four more rounds of modifications after programming began. After the website was finally published, we worked through a punch list of a few minor details that still needed work.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the end, we have a brand-new website that looks fantastic. We are able to accept submissions of basic job applications without requiring potential employees to pick up an application in person. The redesigned website showcases our skills and services without providing more than we require.

There was decent workflow. You could rely on the majority of the On Digitals crew to reply within a day. I admit that there were a few of times when I neglected to send in some of the information they required from me, but they were quite kind in reminding me to get back on track.
