Digital Guider failed miserably. Luckily, I was only down $400. My website performance declined during the project. Traffic fell off, and many of the functions stopped working, including pictures, mapping, and there were lots of errors.

How did Digital Guider perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

There was nothing impressive about working with Digital Guider.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could have fixed the issues.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be warned about them. Do your research or lose your money. It’s an upselling scam. They did or could not do what they promised and committed to. My site was worse after the 30 days, and Digital Guider was asking for more money.

A number of companies will improve your search engine optimization but not all of the work increases sales. Our only goal or performance matrix was to increase sales. We really didn't care how we ranked only if sales increased.

Asher is very responsive and does what he says he does. We have had to change somethings and make course corrections throughout the process but the sales have increased considerably.

Asher and the digital guider team have increased our rankings on Google and other search engines considerably. It took a while and there were a few hickups but overall a great experience. We are experiencing a 35% increase in sales year over year.

Most of our business is in construction, petrochemical, manufacturing and mining. We needed to explain our business a little better and teach them the nomenclature up front. It would have made the process a little smoother. What we do is very unique.
