As part of the IOT Energy Unit development, following tasks/milestones were agreed upon with Digital Dividend:
Task 1: Simulate AC (current and voltage) measurement circuits using amplifiers.
Task 2: Integrate the measurement circuits with the STPM IC.
Task 3: Develop a program for the microcontroller ( uC ) to retrieve all relevant parameters of USART/SPI communication protocol.
Task 4: Encode gathered data into data packets and calculate a checksum for data integrity.
Task 5: Design and manufacture a single channel prototype, including PCB design and soldering,
And test the hardware according to the test cases provided by the client
Task 6: Implement programming for the GSM module to transmit the data to the AWS cloud.
Task 7: Design the final multi-channel PCB and conduct a final test of both hardware and

Successful PCB pertaining to all our requirements were drafted by Digital Dividend. Moreover the PCB testing was also carried out by Digital Dividend to ensure the design is free from any un-invited flaws.

Yes, the project management was duly on time. Regular meetings (every two weeks) were planned with the Project Manager and a Scrum engineering process was involved which included detail discussions about tickets and the progress done. Tickets were assigned every two weeks for a sprint where progress was tracked and suggestions/improvements were then taken over the next sprint.

Mobile App for GoTrukker's Customers: This application assists GT customers in inquiring about the delivery of its goods through road transport. The application helps get bids from different transporters and select the best offer.
Mobile App for Transporter: The transporter gets inquiries from GT customers and forwards their offers thru the same application. The transporter will also schedule vehicles and drivers thru the application against the accepted offers.
Mobile App for Driver: This app is for the driver to receive the shipment details and to track the delivery during transportation
Mobile App for Receiving Person: This app is for client personnel for confirmation of goods received.
Web App for admin controls: This application is for GT employees for registration of parties and for adjusting commissions and discounts as per need.

We used to manage our inventory using spreadsheets. This new portal allowed us to get rid of the spreadsheets and have everything online now. We have multiple team members login and work on this simultaneously.

This new portal streamlined our inventory management processes and had a pretty big impact. The ability to let multiple people work on the data simultaneously.

I was very happy with the project manager that I worked with. He was great with sending updates, we held regular skype calls and he was extremely responsive.
