The most significant result is the dramatic decrease in the number of defects. We were not entirely aware of the problem until we read the report on defects. It's a tremendous success!

Regarding the project management, what we particularly appreciated was the transparent and efficient communication from the managing team of Digi Test Lab. They respected the delays that they announced and produced the expected results, sometimes performing even better than expected. Totally responded to our needs.
