They connected the agents to our internal tools, set up clear handoffs to the team for complex cases. They also helped us roll out an AI CFO copilot that pulls data from different systems and gives clear insights instead of raw numbers. In the end, we got production ready AI agents, API/MCP integrations, basic dashboards, and a simple playbook for next iterations.
