My website that I have had, using WordPress, after a PHP update, stopped working and threw too many errors that I could address. The site was/is important because it will be a sales site eventually for a novel I'm writing with my co-author.

I asked John and his team to re-creat the site front page.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

John and the team delivered without fail and re-created the site as I had asked within one week. I just need to add content that was lost from the database.

John contacted me, asked what I needed and advised me he could do the job and get the sites up and running!

For what projects/services did your company hire Designs 365, and what were your goals?

I decided to rebrand my company and needed a new website to update it and fix some issues I had with my previous site. Initially I started working with another web company and found them to be a nightmare to work with. They also left lots of errors on my website and took off with out fixing anything and were unprofessional in their conduct. So I had to find someone new to finish the website and I'm so glad I chose John and his team from Designs 365.

After being terribly disappointed with my initial web developer, I posted on my Facebook page asking if anyone knew a good website developer that they would recommend and John was the first person who was recommended to me. After chatting with John and looking at his reviews on Facebook I decided I would choose John and his team.

My website was left in a shambles, with many unfulfilled tasks, missing pages and design errors which needed to be fixed.

I was impressed with the end result of the project. The website looks fantastic and is modern, clean and functional.

I found john easy and pleasant to communicate with, which was a big relief after the headache I had with my previous web developer. He was also prompt and always got back to me as soon as possible.

The team listened to what I wanted and delivered a beautiful and professional website. that I am proud to share and use to represent my business online.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Being a bit more careful about minor issues like obvious typos that could be fixed and issues with image sizes. Teaching me how to fix those minor changes myself in future would also be great.
