DESH.Group handled the full mobile app development process. They started with workshops to understand how our support teams and customers work day to day. After that they designed the app screens and built both iOS and Android versions. The project included: UI/UX design mobile app development

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After launch we saw a clear increase in customer engagement through the app. Support ticket activity through mobile went up by around 45% in the first few months. Clients also gave positive feedback because they could track updates faster without needing emails or calls. Internally our support team saved time because requests came through in a more organized way. The app also performed well with very few issues after release.

What impressed me most was how practical they were. They did not overcomplicate things and they focused on building something our customers would actually use every day. The design side was also very strong. The app looked modern but still felt simple and easy to navigate which mattered a lot for our clients.

Overall we had a positive experience. If I had to point out one thing, maybe the testing phase could have included more device types earlier in the project. We found a couple small layout issues late in development. Still, they fixed them quickly and handled it professionally.

Not only did they understand the engineering challenges, but also the market realities, which meant we didn’t design for complexity out of fear. They could distil content, jettison our ideas and give us straight feedback: These things really matter.” It was also great value for money.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DESH.Group could have done differently?

The one recommendation I would have is to build out what they report through their analytics for on-chain marketing. What they gave us was good, though more powerful insights and dashboards will be even better as we grow. Otherwise, the partnership matched all hopes. For me, the highlight is deshgroup would recommend – 5/5. They did great work for us on blockchain development, as well as some attention factory building an on-chain marketing tool, and were great to work with in doing so.
