The one recommendation I would have is to build out what they report through their analytics for on-chain marketing. What they gave us was good, though more powerful insights and dashboards will be even better as we grow. Otherwise, the partnership matched all hopes. For me, the highlight is deshgroup would recommend – 5/5. They did great work for us on blockchain development, as well as some attention factory building an on-chain marketing tool, and were great to work with in doing so.

DESH.Group completed the agreed development milestones and delivered a production-ready solution within roughly three months. Key features were implemented successfully, issues were resolved quickly during testing, and the project progressed from initial development through to a stable final release. Overall, the deliverables met our requirements, and the project was completed successfully.Although we didn’t run a formal before-and-after analytics study, one of the clearest outcomes was improved customer happiness. The redesign made the platform easier to navigate, reduced friction in key workflows, and improved the overall UX. We also saw fewer usability-related questions and received more positive feedback from customers about the interface and ease of use. We estimate that usability-related questions and support requests decreased by roughly 10%–20% after the redesign. The clearer navigation and simplified workflows meant customers needed less assistance with common tasks, which also contributed to noticeably better customer satisfaction.
