I’m an executive at Millesim, a hospitality and leisure company. We provide tailored music solutions for hotels, restaurants, clubs, and events by booking DJs and musicians, optimizing acoustics, and curating custom playlists to enhance guest experiences and brand identity.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

cuz. Creative Studio’s work helped us get strong view counts across organic and paid content. Still, the more meaningful result was the inbound interest from artists, restaurants, and hotels driven by how the brand looked. DJs began approaching Millesim unprompted to say how strong the content looked. That became the clearest indicator: the content itself turned into a magnet for artists.Moreover, the AI-produced ads and organic content performed on the same level as the traditional work, which allowed us to go up without the brand losing anything. In hospitality and luxury, visual identity is how a company gets taken seriously. cuz. Creative Studio’s work gave Millésime that legitimacy with clients who care intensely about their own image.We also got great client feedback and business growth.

cuz. Creative Studio’s project management was absolutely outstanding. They were exceptionally organized, proactive, and reliable and somehow managed to make even complex projects feel effortless on our side. Communication was always clear, timelines were carefully managed, and they consistently stayed several steps ahead of what was needed.Over the five years we worked together, deadlines were never something I had to worry about. cuz. What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed me most about working with cuz. Creative Studio was their ability to combine genuine creative talent with a very strong understanding of the business behind the work. They didn’t approach projects as an external agency simply executing a brief. They took the time to understand the brand, the audience, the objectives, and the bigger picture to the point where they genuinely felt like an extension of our own team.
Moreover, they evolved without losing what made them great in the first place. I worked with them long before AI became part of the creative conversation, when their strength was already rooted in excellent traditional production, photography, video, branding, and storytelling. When new technologies emerged, they integrated them naturally into that existing expertise rather than treating them as a gimmick.That combination was extremely rare: strong creative instincts, flawless execution, an understanding of commercial realities, and the ability to constantly adapt. After five years of working together, what continued to impress me most was that the quality never felt routine. They still approached every project with the same level of ambition, care, and curiosity as if it were the first one.
