CrustVideos had to make a motion graphic video of around 30 seconds, with a nice background music and a great voiceover explaining the app. An very good storyboard was made, a fantastic voice and background music was selected and an excellent video was delivered. The video shows the problem people have with having to make many choices on a daily basis and then shows that the recommendation app can help them make the best choices by getting inspiration and advice from experts. It also shows all the benefits of the app clearly.

• CrustVideos has made an excellent motion graphic video of 37 seconds. Everyone who has seen the video believes it is a very professional and nicely made motion graphic.

I am a perfectionist and have my own view about how things should be. They were very flexible and listened to what I wanted. They made changes in the video when I requested and stayed friendly and professional all the time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I loved the concept they came up with, which showed the screens of the app and also the character who had a problem with making a decision. The graphics were great, the music, the little sounds (when user clicks on something for example) and the voiceover was fantastic. Great value for money as well.

I have the habit of sending multiple emails on a single day with feedback and requests. They sometimes missed some of the points I communicated. We agreed that it would work better if I put everything in 1 email so that nothing is missed.

We hired Crust Videos to help us create an animated video for one of our clients. They wanted to create an explainer video to help their customers learn more about their platform, features, and ease of using their tool.

We looked for video production companies on Upwork. After reviewing multiple proposals and the work done by them we found that Crust Videos had done similar work, gave us an affordable price, and were extremely personable in their approach.

Started by doing a discovery meeting and product walkthrough. After that, the Crust team began working on a script, storyboard, and shared visuals that would be used in the video. Once those were finalized they began working on the voice-over and video.

We worked with the owner Garima and had regular sprints to review progress, suggest edits, and ensure the video was being created in line with the client's expectations.

The final video was a huge success and is being used by our client in all their marketing campaigns. The explainer video has helped them sign-up more customers as a result and we are in talks of creating a new one sometime soon.
