Fixed % fee
We apply a fixed percentage markup (typically 10-20% dependin on team size) on top of our employees' salaries to cover statutory expenses (taxes, insurance), operating costs (recruitment, overhead), and our profit margin. We invoice clients monthly at the total bill rate, which includes both the employee's salary and our markup percentage.
