For what projects/services did your company hire 5mart Studio, and what were your goals?

We are always wanted to connect our analog posters with the online world and the AR technology is a very good and interesting way to do that. Since we didn't have specialized resources in-house, we reached out to an external AR development team.

How did you select 5mart Studio and what were the deciding factors?

We announced a competition for digital solutions as part of the Golden Blade creative competition in Hungary. The best solution was presented to us was the AR technology by 5mart Studio.

AR arrived to browsers. Customers can be reached with higher efficiency with ‘on the spot’ digitizing, and there is no need to download additional applications. Standing in front of the poster, the surface can be brought to life with a lightning fast process for an intensive visual experience.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We haven't fininshed our project yet, but our customer is pleased with the results we reached so far.

During development, we had almost daily email contact, and weekly video calls with their project manager and development team to make sure everything was on track.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They offered high-level webAR development at an affordable price, and their team often suggested alternative solutions to technical challenges. They provide quick and detailed feedback on everything.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything was fine, but if I have to highlight something, maybe they should expand the repository of their solutions a little bit, to make their product more versatile.

• COMET has created us some great animation work, as well as some really nice UI designs.

We had a dedicated project manager from COMET team, she was also available, willing to help. They delivered almost everything on time, and the delays were also well communicated. We are very happy with their work.

We really liked working with COMET, they are nice people who do excellent work.

I couldn’t say any particular area for improvement, we were satisfied with the service provided.

We hired 5mart Studio to completely UX research and UI design our mobile application from scratch.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We interviewed around 3 different firms and their price/value range seemed the best.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Their team conducted a smaller research (which was totally sufficient for us) and then started wireframing and moodboarding. Finally, the final designs started to come for all the screens. We ended up with around 200 screens in a prototype.

Two designers were working on the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've got we agreed on and more. Also they provided a couple of iterations for us as well for specifiy flows/screens. The final outcome can be considered a success for sure.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their communication was pretty good, we received demos and updates every week. We missed the deadline with a few days but it wasn't a big deal.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their thought process is spot on. They really wanted to understand the product and not just design a great interface.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Maybe a better prototype at the end could be more flashy. (with animations, or motion design)

What were your goals for this project?

To outsource all the IT matters and to source these tasks to only one company. As a small company yet it is not so sofisticated matter.

The main owner has a personal relationship with one of hte owners of 5mart Studio.

Nothing special yet. E-mail and website configuration plus follow up support. In the future we will go deeper and more detailed.

Working e-mail addresses and website. Sometimes there are small task to fine tune.

80% it is good. When we go deeper and more detailed I think we will reach more.

We have not worked so much yet to say any impressive. Yet. It may change in the future.
