Making the Discounting module Dynamic and Making the entire Pricing Module dynamic. Pricing was a big issue for us and now we have good flexibility to control our Margins for 15000 products. The Checkout module was taking too long for us and the entire Optimization was done on that process so that Customers can checkout seamlessly.

We did lot of research online and through few recommendations from colleagues we were able to find them.

They hired a dedicated resource for us and we worked with the resource very closely and he is quick and understands the requirement at the root level. He delivered all the work which is assigned to him within the timelines and are happy with the services.
What was the team composition?
We had hired only 1 dedicated resource and was able to complete the work that we had planned and now we plan to hire few more resources so that we can upgrade our Magento from 1.x to 2.x.

Our Page load speed on Checkout was optimized by 100%. The pricing update module helped to improve our margins by 3%
