CodeAutomation has developed my whole website from scratch. Although I initially provided them with some designs I had made on a PowerPoint presentation, the team handled the entire project by themselves. The presentation included an idea for the style I wanted to see on the website and some of the implementations needed. As for the technology stack, they've used Elementor and WordPress. They've also added a lot of plug-ins.
Currently, our work is almost done, and we're about to go live with the website. We just need to implement some new things.

First of all, I'm very impressed with the outcome. CodeAutomation has built my website from zero to a functional product, which is outstanding. They really worked hard on this website to make it special and integrate all the features I needed. As a result, the website is outstanding, so I've received very positive feedback from people who have seen it.
CodeAutomation has really understood my business needs, which are very special. This website addresses a very sensitive and hard topic, so I had a clear vision for it, and they've implemented it all. Overall, the results have been outstanding and exceeded my expectations.

CodeAutomation has also delivered on budget, and there have been no surprises cost-wise — this is very crucial when having a limited budget. The team has implemented all changes within budget, which is great and shows that they're empathic. I have confidence in them, which has set a good foundation for future collaboration.

I can't think of anything CodeAutomation could improve on. Along the way, I saw some things to improve and change. Thus, I spoke to them about how we could make things better, and they implemented it very fast, showing a deep understanding of my needs. Although everyone would like to have their website ready in four weeks, this is just a dream, so I can't say that they could have been faster. Overall, everything was perfect.

We've collaborated on several projects, including a significant one for financial services. The application will be developed for both iOS and Android. We are currently enhancing features and testing it for the App Store. We plan to incorporate blockchain and AI in the future, but Code Automation.ai has handled all other aspects of the development.

The product has already been launched, which is a success. They fulfilled my request for completion in four or five months. That caught me off guard. Even for a development company, the schedule was somewhat constrained.

Their greatest asset was the way they managed their projects. Their project managers were superior to mine in my opinion. I had to oversee and care about requirements when I worked with other teams. With Code Automation.ai, I didn't experience that headache. Everything was available or supplied. 

It was simple to create invoices and verify their work because all of their reporting was up to date and transparent. They spoke with my customers, developers, and architects on occasion, and the most of their staff members were fluent in English.

The project was to test all of the features of our Mac App Store and Microsoft Store screenshot applications. They added any issues or bugs in our tracking software and did a great job in communicating these issues to our development team.

We were able to get our applications tested and figured out any issues or bugs in the applications to be fixed by our development team. They did a great job in testing all of the parts of the application to make sure all of the basis were covered in terms of Application Testing.

The communication was great. I was always able to ask them questions or have them provide feedback. We have had no trouble in establishing a good workflow with CodeAutomation.ai.

They pay great attention to detail and are great at communication. They always responded back in a timely manner. They are great at Application Testing and were able to find a couple of things that we were able to then resolve in development. It's great to have a great app testing team because they can identify issues before they reach our users.

I think they have done an amazing job for our applications. There is nothing I would change.

CodeAutomation suggested the use of Cypress as a framework to test out our single-page application and implement a series of tests which has grown overtime. The tests are designed to run both interactively and headless.

Design and develop a portal for setting onboard and management of tutors, provided matching with schools/clients, and integration of various 3rd party services. This included developing Single Sign-On solutions so that with a single login, all the services, tools, and platforms that were needed to register, book lessons, be trained, and log into virtual classrooms could be explored.

It also included the development of logic and algorithms to ensure that skills and credentials were appropriate for tutors assigned to teach lessons, etc. In addition, the integrations added to ensure tutors got paid, along with several tools for admins to manage the schedule and service. This involved making an importer to bulk upload schedules and student assignments.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our service launched, meeting SLAs/KPIs set out by us and our client: uptime, time to process new schedules, ability for tutors to find and book lessons, fill rate of those lessons for tutors.

They provided a PM and a BA who could gather our requirements and communicate them to the engineers. They had a QA team that could test solutions and demonstrate them back to us. More recently, I was added as a tech lead from our company to work with the team.

I have found the engineers to be proactive and up to the task. For instance, this means they can make intelligent choices during a task or project rather than do everything in spec, literally, and without any thought of user experience.

Delivery is usually on time. When it's not, reasons are very clear, and it's practically always because of change in scope or some unexpected problem with a 3rd party API/service not working according to the documentation. So far, whenever sickness or some other staffing issue could cause a problem with delivery, they have found a replacement to step in.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication, work ethic, and desire to provide a positive outcome for their client were impressive. Their focus is always on delivering a solution that we would be happy with, rather than ticking boxes to say they have done that which was briefed/spec'ed. Their team all speak clear English and is capable of debating technical topics to find the best solutions.

They also show a good sense of humor, so meetings are really a fun experience. Their PM has been great in that they quickly resolve issues without complaining. They have also been able to adopt our ways of work so that our internal teams find them easy to work with, and the standards we have are matched.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CodeAutomation.ai could have done differently?

Unfortunately, some parts of the solution have not scaled as well as I had hoped, and this has resulted in some tech debt. This is probably due in part to the requirements coming in over time and being delivered in a completely different feature set compared to the one which was designed in the early stages.

The most impressive thing I found about CodeAutomation was how they had a comprehensive team of software developers, project managers, and test engineers to complete the project and were able to collaborate with each other in meeting the deliverables.  I have worked with other development firms and CodeAutomation brings together multiple skillsets and it is like an extension of my team.  They are very well-versed in technology and able to explain difficult concepts with sound recommendations.

Overall, my experience with CodeAutomation was amazing as the team was able to meet all of my requirements and deliver the project ahead of schedule.  The only thing I would recommend with CodeAutomation is to schedule our meetings a little earlier in the day.  This did not impact the project and would only improve my overall experience.
