How much revenue one could make in a month. Also, there are modules to complete.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Very cookie cutter. My initial advisor or coach had one virtual meeting with me. That's it. She seemed to follow a script, that was more or less a one-size fits all.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Not much. They're good a hold having virtual networking events

Are there any areas for improvement or something CMO Exponential could have done differently?

Yes. As I said, I had one meeting with my initial advisor. That's it. From here, they expect you to just join their weekly networking events. The courses are ok, but they don't provide any real examples of a finalized marketing strategy. Their training is very simple, and I haven't really learned anything. They should provide more one-on-ones with someone who's been a CMO for years. Someone who you can work with on a weekly basis. None of this was done.

Casey's team worked directly with corporate, regional and practice level leaders. Also interfaced with additional vendors.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They mapped out the marketing strategy that could be adapted to our ever-growing number of practices. They also built out the internal marketing team and managed vendors to meet goals.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had weekly meetings with our corporate representatives and Casey's team. We had many forms of communication and never were left in the dark.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to adapt to each industry they served and adapt their initiatives/processes dependent on that and the goals.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I do not have any recommendations for improvement.
