This could include more frequent check-ins, peer accountability partnerships, or even practice sessions for common scenarios.
That said, this suggestion comes from a place of wanting to help other fractional CMOs achieve what I've experienced with Market Exec. CMOx's existing structure was absolutely sufficient to build a successful practice - this would simply be an enhancement to help even more entrepreneurs transition successfully from corporate roles to thriving fractional businesses.
