We performed both initial testing and re-testing. The initial testing produced a set of reports, which we then addressed internally. Over the course of three months, we were able to reduce our overall security rating from critical risk to medium by utilizing these well-written reports and direct engagement with CliffGuard staff as needed.

The process of establishing the initial scope of what our organization needed was straightforward, and CliffGuard was well aware of it. After that, we were onboarded onto their ProVision platform, which gave my team and I complete control over the state of every test and made it simple for us to communicate with them when we needed to grant access. I thought the communication was excellent and appropriate at every stage of the project, and all deliverables were finished on schedule.
