For what projects/services did your company hire Clap Creative, and what were your goals?

Our website was created from scratch by clap creative. They did everything wonderfully. It was a big project and they were there for us every step of the way! We highly recommend clap creative for web development and e-commerce retail.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for a web developer for awhile. We even met with a few but as soon as we talked to clap creative we knew they were the ones who knew what we were looking for and made our vision come to life.

We had a virtual meeting since it was during the covid pandemic and then we had follow up meetings and emails back and forth. It was very easy to communicate. The team was great.

We worked with DK and a few other team members with very good experience.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our website we’ve had great success and it looks great!! It performs great! We’re in the top 25% of new e-commerce traffic on Shopify.

We had daily emails. It was very great to communicate this way and very easy.

Clap creative has so much experience and knowledge. Every step was easy and walked through.

We would have done nothing differently!
