They understand us really well. Their understanding and concept of the software Odoo are outstanding. They tend to stick to the timeline, although due to some complexity, there was a slight delay. They stick to their word.

Explore a bit more before agreeing on particular things that maybe their team members haven’t worked on before. Have an R&D on that before agreeing on a timeline.
