Prior to them, it took us around 1-1 ½ hours to make a report look like what we need. Now within a click, we can do it. They’re professional and deliver what they say.

They understand us really well. Their understanding and concept of the software Odoo are outstanding. They tend to stick to the timeline, although due to some complexity, there was a slight delay. They stick to their word.

While they’re not the perfect partner, they’re good for our company. We value their ability to discuss issues using accessible language.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Caret IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. works with clients in a variety of sectors, but doesn’t always demonstrate their ability to speak to different segments. They should push that capacity as much as they promote their IT services. That skill set is an asset that could attract new customers; I didn’t know about for several months.
