What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We received the deliverables so that we could start going live. We needed to like the designs, and the deliverables needed to be practical, appealing, and simple. Our internal team loved the new branding materials.

The project was managed very well. We received regular progress feedback, and the project was delivered on time. Our primary form of communication was email and messaging apps.

We were impressed by the ease of dealing with them. Their team was very professional and understood our requirements. They also went out of their way to help us. The experience exceeded our expectations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We enjoyed the experience working with CAPI Creative. As a suggestion, they can offer clients a weekly or regular 5–10-minute video call to provide an update on the project. It helps establish a stronger personal relationship than relying too heavily on emails and text messages. However, many clients may not want that at all. Therefore, giving clients an option may be a good way to go.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Capi Creative redesigned every page in our app by taking our desired vision for a new visual direction, refining it, and bringing it to life. The team started with the home page and then moved on to every other page in the app to ensure consistency and a new design identity integrating our new mascot. Capi Creative took our unrefined visual direction, polished it, and executed it in Figma for the full UI design of every page in our app, including interactions.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Capi Creative completed the redesign of every page in our app, including interactions, which we agreed upon prior to the project. We also agreed on the visual style and direction. The team offered three revision rounds in which we could submit revisions to ensure we were satisfied with the project, but we only needed one round.Although we haven't implemented the new design yet, it looks infinitely better, and I think it will increase retention and user experience a lot. Once we implement it, we'll look at metrics like conversion, time to first action, retention, and user feedback. We think this design will help first-time users navigate the app more intuitively and help us create a stronger brand identity linked to our mascot and visual design theme.

How did Capi Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

Capi Creative worked very fast, and their communication was amazing. Our primary form of communication was through Slack and virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Genuinely the best design team I've ever worked with. I was impressed by how accommodating and responsive they were. As soon as we hopped off a call where we mentioned something, they were instantly active on Figma, working on it.

We had gone through Capi Creative to have our platform user experience fully redesigned, beginning by doing user research and journey mapping. They made prototypes, wireframes as well as high-fidelity UI screens covering all major user paths such as artist discovery, music streaming, user profile, booking requests, and event promotion. They even gave us a documentation system of how the design should run within the internal development team after the project.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the Relaunch of the new UX/UI, we detected a concrete increase of user activity and time spent. The simplified streamlined interface made usage readily available to the fans to explore artist content and positive input both on behalf of the users and the industry partner began coming in within minutes of launching. It also became easy to noticeably increase the presence of artist bookings.

The project management that Capi Creative had in hand was competent. They worked within the schedule that we had agreed on and in the few times that we had some changes to be made they had even slotted them without extending the deadline. Their check-ins were frequent and they would always be ready with progress and what to be done next, which made collaboration easy.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive feature that I could see was that they understood well how visual design can be used to improve the musical storytelling. They were not concerned only with aesthesia, but they also created an emotional connection in the user interface. Their capability of combining usability with creativity actually took the final product to a new level.

The project also involved user researching on both patients and staff, wire framing and prototyping of a redone patient portal, a complete redesign of backend administrative dashboard and mobile responsive designs of the two environments. Important deliverables were presented as high-fidelity mockups, usability prototype, a full-featured design system, handoff package to our development staff.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Once it was implemented, support tickets on booking and navigation instantly declined. Patients had an improved experience with scheduling medical visits and accessing medical history, and our internal personnel observed that the renovated dashboard allows working with increased efficiency. The feedback of the two groups has been extremely positive.

As part of the work, I ran discovery workshops with employees and patients, checked out the competition, developed wireframes, interactive prototypes and designed final mockups. They also evaluated users’ experiences and created thorough instructions for our developers. The system was made simple and straightforward which helped both patients and providers get their jobs done more quickly.

During the post-launch phase, patients used the portal more often, booked more appointments, and the clinic’s team found the staff interface usable and liked it. It was also a big success that the training time for new users was much shorter.
