Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the creative and marketing manager at MeetingOne. We provide web and audio conferencing, and custom integration to enterprise-level companies across the globe. We also have offices over in Europe.

What challenge were you trying to address with Campfire Digital?

At the time we were looking at redoing our entire website. We wanted it to be modern. We’re a tech company, so we wanted it to really speak to the audience that we’re trying to get.

We were concerned about SEO – having pages redone in a way that was going to be found easily on Google. We wanted to make sure that the website was something that we could edit ourselves.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped on the content strategy side; how we were tagging things, headers, and other things on the technical side. They installed visual composer so that we could have full control over design in the long-term. They also partnered with a third-party designer to help streamline the process.

What is the team dynamic?

We worked with one web development project manager, and one SEO manager.

How did you come to work with Campfire Digital?

We belong to a marketing group in Colorado and we were referred to Campfire through them. We looked into their company profile and it matched with what we were looking for. We look at about five different companies before settling on Campfire Digital. Campfire was very responsive. If I needed to set up a meeting within that week, they make it happen.

Currently, they are helping us with paid advertisement and SEO optimization

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw an increase in visitors per month after the redesign, which is different from the industry standard. There was a 15% increase post launch. It was good to see SEO optimization working right away. There was a lot of strategy with how the pages were built, and menu structure, which has led to a much smoother user experience.

How did Campfire Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve never had an issue with a deadline. They communicate very well. Whenever we have an issue, or something went wrong, they would help. We used basecamp as a project management tool.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It was a very good team dynamic. We’re local to them, so they would come into our office when they needed to. It’s always nice to work with a team that make you feel like they are your coworkers.

No, we’ve been very happy with them.
