They call people for us. Some of the leads come from events, some from our website, and others from lists we gave them. They talk to these people, figure out if they’re a fit, and book meetings. Since we started working together in 2023, they’ve made over 3,000 calls. From that, they had over 500 real conversations, booked 12 meetings, and found 24 future sales chances. They also had hundreds more talks that helped us fine-tune how we explain what we do.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw a 7% conversion rate. 15 meetings booked, 26 leads we’re still working on, and lots of insight that helped us do better.

We get a report every week that shows how things are going. It’s easy to read. We also have a short call once a week to talk through results and what’s next. They always respond fast and make changes when we ask.
