Neptune Group is well know from 30 years for innovative products and solutions to electrical infrastructure. Myself Vikram Singh Director Integration is looking for Energy Management and Integration business of the group.

For what projects/services did your company hire Brand Provoke?

Elecrama is one of the largest and well known electrical exhibition of India. Neptune is known for its innovative mind also looking for stunning stall design and innovative products brochures and digital media to launch new products and enhance existing products.

What were your goals for this project?

Reach maximum consultants and big customers by bringing them to our exhibition booth. So we run a massive digital media campaign.

I hired brand provoke for a website redesign and enhance digital presence of Buniyad.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to create a dynamic website with a never before seen interface of the transactions are done in the most transparent and digital manner.

How did you select this vendor?

Was researching about some companies online. Came through their website and liked their design and ideas. Moreover the convenience of having their team near my office, made it easier to meet often and discuss the future plan of action rather than communicating over phone and email.

The project was website design and development with some assistance in digital marketing as well.

The team is a mixed of all individuals working from development, design, UI/UX, social media executives etc.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The initial phase of the website was developed and completed as promised. While we are working on further enhancing the website and adding some functionalities in phase 2

The work flow was quite good as the communication and the vision was always clear and well thought of.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing about the company would be their designers and how well they strategise before working on a project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only area of improvement would be to have time bound tasks and provide weekly or monthly updates in the form of a report should be submitted to the client so they are aware of the progress and is visible.
