The project was managed through Jira and we used Skype, Google meet, and emails for keeping up with day to day updates. They managed it well all the way from the day we got started. Mostly communicated via email and phone and used Basecamp project management system to flag any issues. They've basically been my IT support for everything.

Brancosoft team is able to explain things in a way that I understand and can communicate back to my team.

I lead the technical team at USA's Largest salon chain, Supercuts.

For what projects/services did your company hire BrancoSoft, and what were your goals?
We were looking for a reliable technology partner who can maintain our app so it delivers an engaging user experience 24x7. We also needed them to revamp the UI and optimize our app's performance by fixing a few known issues that were persistent since we had upgraded the app last time.

There were certainly a lot of deciding factors. A few of the important aspects were:

We wanted them to fix the bugs as soon as possible because they were hampering the user experience. So they had to start there. In the next stage, they revamped UI, added new animations, advanced search filters, simplified navigation, and made some visual changes. In the final stage, they worked on our app's performance. They are currently maintaining the app and fixing the bugs as and when they pop out.

We work together like partners. They are our extended employees working remotely. So we work with a lot of people from their team on daily basis: developers, designers, QA engineers, project manager, and team lead.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The app's performance has improved substantially. We managed to increase the number of conversions by 10% upon implementing the new design and changes. The app usage time has increased as well.

We worked with their team of developers. Apart from them, we had access to our project manager and their head of delivery.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are technically sound and data-driven. Their recommendations were always on-spot and backed up by solid research. They understood our objectives and worked their way backward. The best part about them is that we don't have to dictate everything. They take the initiative and drive the project forward by themselves!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I would say they can improve their workflow by implementing new PMS tools.

Once we shared all the details, BrancoSoft team started working on the project. They developed a fully functional app - exactly as we wanted. The app integrates several workflows and 3rd party applications that we use on a daily basis. The app also incorporates advanced features like push notifications, video conferencing, search and discovery, in-app messaging, GPS tracking and many more. From a design standpoint, the app is easy to navigate and visually appealing.

Only one - the project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The app they developed was just perfect. Everything from the design to its performance was up to the mark. The way BrancoSoft worked on the project was truly remarkable. The app has been already released for a handful of beta users and 90% of them have responded positively in our most recent survey about the app’s design and overall performance.

The timeline was defined at the start of the project and was adhered to all the way through. We tracked the project through Jira and used Google meet for scheduling meetings.

They worked with us as real partners and always did the right thing. They have the right systems to manage the project, they seek your feedback, and then work their way backwards. Their team demonstrated excellent leadership qualities and drove the project from its ideation until they delivered what they promised.

For mobile app development. We didn't have any internal team for creating an app of this scale and thus needed a reliable provider who can help.
What were your goals for this project?
Businesses are having a hard time finding reliable resources to get their mundane tasks done. On the other hand, there are people who are ready to take up such tasks as a side hustle or even earn their living. With this mobile app, we wanted to bridge this gap in the industry. Freelancers and virtual assistants can sign up with us and start working with businesses in just 3 easy steps.
SOLUTION
How did you select BrancoSoft?
We had filtered out 3 agencies based on their experience, expertise, and clientele. Our team than had calls/meetings with each one of them and requested proposals. From all of them, we found the pricing of Brancosoft reasonable. They offered us a lot of additional features at the fraction of the cost of development than other agencies. So we chose them.

As we got started, they brainstormed ideas and plotted out a map for the entire process of development. They defined milestones, KPIs, and an entire timeline they would be following throughout the project. Later on, they created designs, layouts, and initial prototypes of the app. The designs they developed were really good. We liked all of them. They then started working on the development itself. The app is now in it's final phase and will be out any time soon.
What was the team composition?
There were many people involved from their team. For instance, our first point of contact was their Business development manager. Later on, we were assigned a project manager who then introduced us to technical lead. So overall, I'd say there were 5-10 people involved in the project.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The app looks fantastic from in and out. They have managed to keep the UI neat and clean even with so many features. From our initial users, we have received really good feedback about the app and it's design. Couldn't be happier!
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
They were very transparent when it came to project management. If there was something that was going to take additional time and resources, they informed us well in advance. This gave us time to plan things efficiently while ensuring smooth project execution.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their team always came up with amazing ideas we had never thought of before. At times, they even challenged our decisions - which was good - because we don't have much experience with mobile app development. I am really impressed by their involvement in the project. Unlike other agencies, they actively participate in every discussion and recommended things that were right for us.
