From a surface level, we are really pleased with the creativity behind the design and functionality. They did a great job.

They have been accurate and punctual in the time management part which really make us enjoy the workflow. They are always available to listen and work on our ideas.

Their Design skills are mind blowing and their ability to adapt and understand how our business work.

They can try to increase their number of designers as its necessary for faster delivery.

They understand our vision for our company in the short term and the long term, including some of our strategy and the direction we wanted to move. We spent several months going back and forth discussing our value propositions and the language that we wanted to use with our customers. Once we developed that, we started on the second phase which was launching the actual design process. During this phase, we had multiple calls with Brainbox to come up with a design and know what was tailored to our target audience.

Our branding stands out from our competitors in the field. We have a professional and unique image from a design and branding standpoint, which is exactly what we were going for. When people see our branding, they would immediately know that we’re trustworthy.

We communicated Bi-weekly and they were very responsive. Our messaging platform are Email and Skype.

Our old website was launched 10 year and had become outdated to so we needed to refresh it, so that it better reflect the services we offer. Most of our customers I.T literate , and they mainly determine who to work with based on their research online. However, we also wanted to have higher visibility and increase our online presence so that more clients could find us when searching for companies like us online.

After a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals, we received 2 designs for our main web page. Once we chose a theme, they finalized the design and provided feedback. Brainbox design came back with amazing designs for our site. Absolutely recommended. Delivery, communication, offered solutions clear and on point.

Their documentations was very thorough. Our website’s adaptability to different devices and platforms is really great compared to how it was before. It looks great when clients access it from their various mobile phones or a computer. Before this new development, our website had some adaptability problems which has been resolved now due to the great work done by Brainbox Design.

Their project manager was assigned to be our main point of contact in the team, who communicated with the rest. He was always available to make sure he provide us with frequent updates as regarding the progress of the project. We mostly interacted via video calls online through skype and also we communicated via e-mail and slack.

Working with Brainbox was straight forward - excellent work flow - quick understanding and perfect realization of the project - always with a grain of humor. thank you very much for the experience! After launch the site, we had over 90% high traffic on our website and our leads doubled month after month. Our clients loved the updated designs and now have a better understanding of what our services entail.

We had daily meetings with the project manager, who was always available to provide us with updates and if at all there's any delay. We mostly communicated via Github, Jira and slack
