BORISSTUDIO handled the project from the initial design concept through to the completed renovation. The scope included space planning, development of the interior design concept, 3D visualizations, technical drawings, selection of materials, lighting, furniture, and other interior solutions.

After the design was approved, their team carried out the full renovation, including demolition and preparation, electrical and plumbing work, wall and ceiling finishing, flooring, tiling, painting, and installation of fixtures and other interior elements.

They also provided project supervision and coordinated the different stages of the renovation. The main deliverable was a fully completed interior based on the approved design, so we were able to work with one team throughout the entire project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

The main measurable outcome was the successful completion of the full design and renovation scope. All major stages were completed according to the approved design and agreed project plan. The finished interior closely matched the 3D visualizations, and BORISSTUDIO delivered the space fully renovated and ready for use. Having one team responsible for both design and construction also helped us avoid coordination issues between different contractors.

The project was well organized from start to finish. We had a dedicated project manager who coordinated the renovation team, monitored each stage of the work, and kept us updated on progress. Communication was clear and responsive, and any questions or adjustments were addressed quickly. The team followed the agreed schedule and completed the main stages on time. We especially appreciated that BORISSTUDIO handled the coordination between designers, contractors, and suppliers, so we didn’t have to manage different teams ourselves.

In-Person Meeting

What impressed us most was their ability to handle the entire project within one team. BORISSTUDIO combined interior design, renovation, project supervision, and coordination, so we didn’t have to work with multiple contractors. We were also impressed by how closely the finished interior matched the original design and visualizations. Their attention to detail and involvement throughout every stage made the whole renovation process much easier for us.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the project. If we had to suggest one improvement, it would be to provide slightly more frequent updates during some of the renovation stages. That said, whenever we had questions, the team responded quickly and provided all the necessary information.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire BORISSTUDIO to accomplish?

• We turned to BORISSTUDIO after a disappointing experience with another renovation team. The previous contractors kept delaying the project and constantly asked for additional payments. So when we decided to start our turnkey apartment renovation in Kyiv for the second time, we were naturally very skeptical.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

BORISSTUDIO was recommended to us by our neighbors from the Respublika residential complex. During our first meeting, we appreciated that no one promised a "fast and cheap" renovation. Instead, they gave us a realistic timeline and explained why it was important not to rush certain stages of the work.

Special thanks to our site manager, Roman. He was extremely responsible, kept us updated throughout the project, regularly sent photo and video progress reports, and clearly explained every detail. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about delivering a high-quality result.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I ordered a full apartment renovation in Kyiv from this company (the apartment is just over 60 square meters). Based on the results, I can confidently say that they offer outstanding value for money, and I am very satisfied with the outcome. One of the biggest advantages is that the company has its own in-house craftsmen. There was never a situation where one team worked today, another team showed up tomorrow, and then nobody came the next day.
I definitely didn't want the renovation to drag on for years. The site manager, Roman, was always available and kept all processes under control, ensuring quality at every stage. I didn't have to constantly visit the property to monitor the work myself. I am completely satisfied with the final result and would like to thank the entire team for their professionalism and dedication.
