We needed help with a complete interior design and renovation project for our apartment, focusing on modern design, functionality, and high-quality execution.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BORISSTUDIO handled the complete interior design and renovation of our apartment. Their scope included the design concept, detailed technical drawings, material selection, cost estimates, construction and finishing works, as well as project supervision. The main deliverable was a fully completed, move-in-ready apartment.BORISSTUDIO also assisted with furniture and material selection, custom-made furniture and fixtures, lighting, and other interior details. They coordinated these elements with the overall design concept to ensure everything worked together both visually and functionally.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project stayed on schedule and within the agreed budget, with each stage completed according to the approved design and technical plans. The main outcome was a fully finished, move-in-ready apartment that matched the original design concept and met our expectations in terms of quality and functionality.The renovation was completed within the agreed timeline, and the final cost stayed within approximately 5% of the original approved budget. All major stages were inspected before approval, and any minor issues identified during the process were corrected before handover. Most importantly, the finished apartment closely matched the approved design visualizations and was delivered fully ready for us to move in.After completion, we did a final walkthrough with the BORISSTUDIO team to review the quality of the work and check everything against the approved project. Any minor comments were addressed before the final handover, and we were satisfied with the overall result.

BORISSTUDIO managed the project very professionally. Communication was clear, we received regular updates on each stage, and the team coordinated the contractors, materials, and deadlines efficiently. The project was completed within the agreed timeline, and any minor issues that came up were resolved quickly.We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was how well BORISSTUDIO combined design, technical planning, and renovation within one team. We had one point of contact throughout the project, which made the entire process much easier. They were attentive to details, responsive to our feedback, and focused on making sure the final result matched the approved design.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we were very satisfied with the project. If anything, some material selection and approval stages could have moved a little faster, but this didn’t significantly affect the overall timeline or final result.

So when we decided to start our turnkey apartment renovation in Kyiv for the second time, we were naturally very skeptical.

BORISSTUDIO was recommended to us by our neighbors from the Respublika residential complex. During our first meeting, we appreciated that no one promised a "fast and cheap" renovation. Instead, they gave us a realistic timeline and explained why it was important not to rush certain stages of the work.

Special thanks to our site manager, Roman. He was extremely responsible, kept us updated throughout the project, regularly sent photo and video progress reports, and clearly explained every detail. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about delivering a high-quality result.

I ordered a full apartment renovation in Kyiv from this company (the apartment is just over 60 square meters). Based on the results, I can confidently say that they offer outstanding value for money, and I am very satisfied with the outcome. One of the biggest advantages is that the company has its own in-house craftsmen. There was never a situation where one team worked today, another team showed up tomorrow, and then nobody came the next day. 
I definitely didn't want the renovation to drag on for years. The site manager, Roman, was always available and kept all processes under control, ensuring quality at every stage. I didn't have to constantly visit the property to monitor the work myself. I am completely satisfied with the final result and would like to thank the entire team for their professionalism and dedication.
