My six month old app needed a complete redesign, backend and front end. This also included revisiting the entire backend setup as well as new user onboarding

Design was exactly to our specifications, and the backend is showing measurable increases in speed and stability.

Bladeware is very flexible regarding time and willing to present multiple options from which we can choose a look or feel. Very fast on the dev side and very few mistakes

None - originally a 3 month project and we've continued to increase the scope of work based on their performance

We needed to create a strong foundation for our mobile app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bladeware has provided a lot of technical support and developed the app. The team has built the app's Phase 1, which I can upload to the App Store and Google Play Store. The app's main feature is importing flight data and showing it in a correct way.

We work with around five members of Bladeware's team.

We found Bladeware through an online search. The team provided competitive pricing and quick responses. Moreover, they provided many suggestions going forward.

We’ve spent around $50,000.

We started working with Bladeware in November 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The app is running without any major issues, so it’s a great success. Users have found the app very convenient and easy to use.

How did Bladeware perform from a project management standpoint?

Bladeware delivers what they promise. We have weekly meetings with Roman (Founder & CEO), who is also the project manager. The team provides weekly reports to let me know what has been done and the project's status.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Bladeware provides weekly reports to let me know what has been done and the weekly update of the project, so I don't miss anything.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything Bladeware can improve on. The team has done what they were asked to do and delivered it.

They are skilled and experienced, very good at getting things done without hassle.

We had some problems implementing the proxy mode for our app and had to drop it for the first release for now. Understandable since this is a niche feature that not many people have experience with.

The scope of work was to build and initial MVP for our SaaS product that includes: - Web Application (both Backend and Frontend parts) - Mobile Apps for iOS & Android We split the project into multiple phases, our goal was to release the initial MVP as quickly as possible and then start working on the next phase. After a few months of our engagement, we were able to release the initial version to our beta users.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They delivered the initial version of the product pretty fast, with excellent quality, and within the agreed budget range. They paid attention to every detail, so there were almost no bugs. Despite the time difference, communication never was an issue.

Their project management was great, they used Agile methodology where we had 2 weeks sprints, regular Demo sessions, and updates. I liked the transparency in their approach. They delivered everything on time and within the budget and were super responsive and always available when we needed something. The communication was honest and transparent.

I would say transparency and honesty. Their approach is very transparent and I always knew where we were and how are things going. If they can’t make something or something doesn’t make sense - they always tell me. I felt that our project is in good hands.

We searched in our network and on freelancer platforms to find a skilled and not too expensive person with virtual private network (VPN) app experience. When we found Bladeware through our network, we decided to hire them.
