We are a software development company base in the UK. We recently developed a new SaaS application for recruitment industry.

For what projects/services did your company hire Betlace?

We hired Betlace to develop a sales website for our SaaS business.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted a professional website designed and developed quickly and within a reasonable budget for a start-up tech product.

How did you select this vendor?

I searched potential developers on online contractor websites, shortlisted and contacted a few. Betlace were the first to respond.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

I set up the project on our Teamwork project management system and set Betlace up with access to our Slack channel for this project. I gave them a brief and instructions on what was required. They worked independently to deliver the objectives, allowing me to check and test each page as they went.

What was the team composition?

I was project manager, Dmitry from Betlace worked as the sole developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We are a start-up. Betlace provided us with a professional, tested, and working website within a short time-frame with minimal input required from our side. This allowed me to get on with other tasks and we are now in a position to go to market.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Via Teamwork Project Management System (for task allocation and explanation) and Slack for communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

1. High quality of work with due care demonstrated throughout
2. Ability to work independently with minimal intervention required from me
3. Adhering to the brief and guidelines provided closely
4. Efficiency - the work was completed quickly A sense of integrity

Are there any areas for improvement?

I do not have any complaints based on my experience so far.

I was looking for a developer assisting me with the process of creating an online shop based on Wordpress.

To build an online shop from the scratch.

They designed, created and launched a fully equiped online shop.

What was the team composition?

Me, as an owner of the Company BOXweLOVE was in contact all the time with the owner of Betlace.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

As an ongoing project I would love to keep Betlace as my development agency. Betlace was escorting my webpage since the beginning and we would like to keep this assistance further.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

All my questions were answered in a quick matter and I had the impression Betlace was going the extra mile all the time…

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The fact that we had to start more than onces and the patience of Betlace!

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is very little to improve. Maybe the language, as both are not English natives.
