The site navigation is improved. We are able to create CMS landing pages without too many difficulties. Thanks for the integrated CSS framework. The checkout process is simple and focused. SEO is improved a little due to the overall loading speed. Although the US economy is down trending, we can still maintain our sales revenue so far.

Excellent project management. We created a schedule at the beginning, and they consistently showed up. They are always ready. In addition, we discussed the project development or any sort of assistance/feedback required from our side to expedite the project development.

They discussed the upcoming phases and their particular development stages when we spoke. Mostly our meetings were held on google meet or skype.

They have helped us in understanding our customers better and evaluating budgets. Since we are creating something new, we wanted the commercials in detail. They’ve defined the scope and cost; if something falls outside the parameters, it's always within the bounds of what's expected.

We did have some communication issues in the beginning because we were in different time zones. But the project manager was able to adjust our schedule and make it work for us.

The New Headless commerce-based solution improved overall user engagement and delivered lightning-fast page loading interaction behavior, encouraging customers to spend more time browsing the store. Along with this, we've seen a significant increase in the number of sales really HUGE orders, and the number of conversations. Furthermore, due to the decoupled headless architecture, there were no concerns with website performance during peak season, even when the number of visits exceeded expectations.

PWA – they are also knowledgeable in this area, having built custom solutions for other partners. This is a custom application with specific data connectors and a wide range of compatibility required, which Aureate labs are familiar with.

The revenue for our ecommerce site has steadily risen since the new ecommerce site has been in place. It has also reduced administration and, due to the way the site has been professionally built, we experience far less down time than we previously encountered. This has helped with improved reputation and therefore as a consequence repeat customers buying from our new site.

The project management was excellent, the information that was supplied through the original specification of the project was very clear. The team has a particular attention to detail which means that almost everything is considered before going in to the development stages. The development was made much easier by the strong project management to lead and communicate between us and the Aureate labs team.

I find working with Aureate labs is always a pleasure. They are very knowledgeable about their craft and they are also very friendly and professional to deal with.
