I am the co-founder of 24 Saatte Is, a job marketplace that connects job seekers with employers.

We needed a vendor to build and launch our iOS and Android apps and provide ongoing maintenance.

We wanted a platform to efficiently connect job seekers to nearby employers.

We reached out to different companies following an online search. Atolye15 impressed us as a competent firm that would completely own our project, keeping our interests in mind.

They built Android and iOS apps that allow job seekers to register with their relevant information and employers to register and post job listings. Employers can shortlist candidates who apply to their listings. They provided analytical skills and understood optimization, statistical inference, and emerging mapping technology.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a project manager, four developers, and a graphic designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They completed the initial project within two months, faster than we expected. It was successful from the start, as we added more than 100,000 registered users within two months. Our app is ranked highly among business apps in Turkey, and we’re the third-ranked job marketplace by downloads. We’re still adding features and improving the product.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were mostly in touch with our project manager, and we had quarterly team meetings where developers joined as well. The CEO was also available for a call whenever needed. They managed their time and our expectations well, working in Agile methodology. They clearly communicated the upside and downside of any new development.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We never thought they were just doing a job—they put our company’s interest first. They have a can-do attitude. They get happy when we succeed and work like it's their app when something goes wrong. They accept and own their errors and work to correct them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We experienced an issue with scaling, which neither they nor we anticipated due to the app’s unexpected success.

The platform has increased partner engagement, which was our initial goal, and has led to rapid business growth.

We developed a great relationship with them. They were very responsive and implemented a Jira as a project management tool to simplify all communication and status tracking.

Their genuine concern for project success differentiates them from competitors and fosters trust with their clients.

They have a strong desire to demonstrate the best quality possible on every aspect of the work. That led to the occasional delay, but it was nothing that can't be remedied in the long run.

I’m a junior category manager at Microsoft Turkey for the Xbox brand.

For what projects/services did your company hire Atolye15?

I needed to build a custom mini-website.

What were your goals for this project?

Although we have an official localized Xbox website, we didn’t have full control of its content. Therefore, we decided to redesign an Xbox dedicated website so we could manage its content and direct customers to online retail stores.

Atolye15 provided a campaign-focused website with all the necessary optimizations to enable us to overcome any possible problems.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Most of the site’s metrics ranked above industry standards. Our retailers’ online sales have increased over 150% YoY.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

It was very effective thanks to good communication skills and quick responses from the project manager. Despite facing strict deadlines (Black Friday campaign week), Atolye15 completed their tasks on time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their project managers were intensely hands-on and handled every change that arose. They fully met our expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement?

While they use Jira for project management, I’d prefer to use BaseCamp. Overall, however, the project was successful. They provided high quality in a short period.

I am the product owner of an online networking platform that specializes in compilating mailing and contact lists.
