Their team then developed an easy-to-understand presentation about viable solutions, proposing a plan of action and providing budget estimates. After a few additional meetings to grasp the scope, we decided to move forward with them.

To develop the CRM, they split the workflow into two phases: the UX/UI designs and then the front- and backend programming. I was able to keep track of all phases throughout the process, reviewing screens and pages weekly as they completed them. They recently finished the platform.

The team consisted of a managing director, a project manager, a lead designer, a head of UX, a frontend developer, and a backend developer.

Atolye15 delivered the CRM ahead of time, which was great. With the new platform, we’ve greatly optimized our work with our client. It’s now much simpler to maintain communication with them and keep them informed about the results they receive from our services.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They completed the initial project within two months, faster than we expected. It was successful from the start, as we added more than 100,000 registered users within two months. Our app is ranked highly among business apps in Turkey, and we’re the third-ranked job marketplace by downloads. We’re still adding features and improving the product.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were mostly in touch with our project manager, and we had quarterly team meetings where developers joined as well. The CEO was also available for a call whenever needed. They managed their time and our expectations well, working in Agile methodology. They clearly communicated the upside and downside of any new development.
