We're weekly subscription of freshly cooked personalized meals prepared by chefs and delivered daily. I am the co-founder and manage all things related to tech.

We started from scratch, developer were given the design and API specs and were given a timeline of milestones we wanted to achieve. Their focus was on creating a quality Flutter app with high performance and least errors.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We achieved quite a lot in the first few weeks. The code quality was very good and another person from their team always kept a check on code reviews. We managed to release on time and kept on adding more features in the following weeks.

I had a daily call and continuous touch with the developer; we used Slack to communicate and had video calls to discuss things in detail. Communication overall was quite good.
