First, we had a strategic workshop that helped us define our overall direction and brand strategy. Based on that, the team created our visual identity and brand tone of voice. They then proposed the website structure and wrote copy tailored to our target audience. After approving the structure, they designed the website and implemented it in WordPress. They also helped us with technical SEO and on-page optimization, and finally set up analytics and conversion tracking.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After launching the website, we started receiving new leads. Our existing clients praised the new website and refreshed brand identity. Within the first month, several users subscribed to our newsletter. Visitors also engaged with our blog content and spent more time exploring the website.

The project manager, Michal, was excellent — he communicated clearly and responded almost immediately every time. It was always easy to reach out to the team. They took our finished layouts and built the entire website in Webflow, including CMS setup, animations, responsive layout, and final launch.

They handled all the technical parts so the site was ready to use without us needing any extra development support.
