I’m the co-owner of Bayer Motus. We have several ventures underneath the parent company. One of our more significant ventures is SNOWDAY, an experimental holiday event. People go through and interact with the exhibit. We started as a small exhibit at a small shopping center in Dallas and worked our way up to the Galleria Mall.

We needed help with graphic design, web development, and PPC for our ventures for SNOWDAY and Motus Booth. We didn’t have much budget, so we needed someone that could perform well and drive the results we needed.

Anderson Collaborative is our go-to company for any venture we start. They’ve been here since the beginning, helping us review our branding and messaging and ensuring everything’s aligned. They’ve also built our website from scratch.
Overall, they help us with digital marketing and marketing. They run ad campaigns through several platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram. However, we’ve also used Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok and done outdoor campaigns and billboards.
This year, we’ve made many edits to the site. We’ve used Figma for design and edit requests. They’ve given us a blank canvas to do whatever we want. The site has cool effects, holiday backgrounds, animations, and playing videos. Also, it works well on both devices and has a menu with sections.
Additionally, they host the site through WP Engine and help edit and maintain it.

We’re close with Trevor (Founder & CEO). We’ve also been lucky to work with several team members who are experts in their areas. Daria (Operations Manager) is our project manager. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve achieved a great ROI with SNOWDAY and had 800% on the ROI with all our advertising, not just for SNOWDAY. One of the best things they’ve done for us in terms of metrics is helping us launch a new concept for the photos with Santa. Last year, we had a 132% increase in Santa’s attendance, primarily due to social media results. We also went viral; we had 3.2 million social media shares, likes, and comments. All in all, we’ve gotten great results.
How did Anderson Collaborative perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re great at project management. The project manager holds us accountable to deadlines and more. They’re also flexible with us; we’ve had to maximize our budget sometimes, and they’re great at turning stuff on and off.
On the other hand, we’ve had bad situations. For example, we randomly got flagged by Facebook during our peak season, so we were highly nervous. Nonetheless, they were able to get it back up in an hour, which was a huge lifesaver. Overall, they’re super responsive and efficient.
They primarily use Monday. We’re both Google organizations, so we use Google chat for communication.

One of our client’s biggest challenges was trying to bounce back from the whole industry’s wide downturn caused by the COVID-19 pandemic during 2020 and the following years. We wanted to focus specifically on their return on ad spend (ROAS) to ensure that our clients would get a great return on their money because music festivals were hit particularly hard during the turndown.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Anderson Collaborative provides us with PPC, SEO, and media buying services for our clients to help them increase their ROAS, grow their businesses, and bounce back from the COVID-19 pandemic’s downturn. Typically, we meet with our clients to know their desires and goals for the program. Then, we call Anderson Collaborative’s people, who work with us and walk us through the entire process.
For starters, we gather as much information as we can, do some competitor analyses, and look at what other people are doing. Then, we set our project’s goals and metrics, and we begin to formulate a plan. After that, they execute the plan we formulate and provide us with reports.
Anderson Collaborative’s services include keyword research, content development, and PPC campaign management for Google and Facebook. They also help us with some social media work for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Whenever we need to achieve specific goals, like ticket sales or event visibility, they help us create campaigns around those goals within very short notice. Occasionally, we provide them with content for the ads, but they’re completely in charge of creating the campaigns and running them.

Anderson Collaborative keeps constant communication with us to make the project easy. We have weekly phone calls and daily email exchanges, and we can also create group text messages. Moreover, we use Google Meet a lot to communicate.
Anderson Collaborative also provides us with weekly reports and makes adjustments to our campaigns as needed. As we wrap up projects, they also deliver final reports detailing performance, what worked, and what didn’t — they’re extremely transparent.
Their team is highly responsive, and they can make changes on the fly. We’ve never had an issue with getting a hold of someone from their team; we’ve always been able to talk with them over the phone within a very short window of time. This quality of theirs is very impressive and important to us, especially because things change quickly in the music industry.

What was the scope of their involvement?
We described our goal and objectives and then discussed strategy. Anderson Collaborative implemented the results of this strategy phase with ad campaigns. Finally, we’ve had follow-up calls to discuss results as they come in. Most of the work has been in Facebook ads.

We worked with two people: the founder and another employee.
How did you come to work with Anderson Collaborative?
They were reasonably priced and had worked with other companies in our industry. I saw the ads they’d done for other clients on social media and liked their work.

I’m the CEO of a digital marketing company. We handle branding, web design, SEO, paid ads, and strategic digital marketing.

What challenge were you trying to address with Anderson Collaborative?
I had a large website development and design project. Since website development was outside of my expertise, I needed someone to implement my designs.

What was the scope of their involvement?
We started by having an onboarding meeting with the end client to discuss their goals. The client wants to have a website for their fertilizer and agricultural technology company. They want it to be professional-looking but innovative, modern, and interactive at the same time.
Anderson Collaborative came up with the site’s layout and new design. After that, they audited the client’s website and poked all the holes and opportunities for growth, such as SEO and blog writing. They then did a complete website revamp and took it from a simple landing page to a large and immersive website. They used Figma for the site’s design and framework, and they built the site using WordPress.
The end client has a lot of field trials and data. Anderson Collaborative came up with a way to incorporate that data by creating clean and interactive charts which had pop-ups of all the trials and products when clicked on.
Currently, Anderson Collaborative is handling the site’s SEO and PPC. They’re also putting a strategy to create video content for the site. In addition, they are updating the site’s blog to help with its SEO efforts.

I work with Trevor (Founder & CEO) and a designer.
How did you come to work with Anderson Collaborative?
I knew Trevor after working with him before; I had always been blown away by the quality of his work and his ability to get things done fast. When this client came to me, I knew they required tasks outside of my wheelhouse. I thought of Trevor as the best for the job, so I recommended him to the client.
We decided to work with Anderson Collaborative because of their efficiency. They were very versatile and adaptive to any industry, and they were easy to work with. I also knew they would be reliable, which was important for me since I would be the one facing the client.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $52,000 CAD (approximately $42,000 USD) so far.

We started working together in March 2020, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We launched the website a week ago, so I don’t have any SEO metrics to share. That said, our end client is happy with Anderson Collaborative’s work.
How did Anderson Collaborative perform from a project management standpoint?
Anderson Collaborative is good at project management. We initially encountered some issues from the client. We couldn’t get work done for about two weeks and had problems with a member of the client's team's responsiveness. When Trevor became aware of that, they helped in getting the gears back in motion, and everything became easy from there.
After those initial hiccups, Anderson Collaborative has shown they are phenomenal at picking up tasks and moving forward. The process is seamless. We collaborate using Google Docs and Figma.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Anderson Collaborative’s ability to quickly adapt to circumstances and their transparency is impressive. In addition, they’re a smaller agency, and they have given so much attention to our project. Everyone on their team is involved, and they care about the outcome of their work.
Working with Anderson Collaborative feels like a personal experience since they are invested in the project and the people involved — they want to make everyone happy.

I shortlisted Anderson Collaborative after a few meetings with Trevor who instilled a lot of confidence in myself and my team. Our main deciding factor's were hitting deadlines with the most innovative and sharp looking site.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We broke the project up into four phases. First phase consisted of correcting back end issues that were resulting in poor SEO and bad visitor experience, second we updated the existing content, photos and layouts, third we added additional pages including a blog, a new careers page and much more. Finally, in our fourth phase we introduced an ongoing maintenance program. In this process, Anderson introduced us to a feature called elementor and Mark up that provides us with a great way to communicate changes going forward.
