I’m the head of marketplaces at Mamma Mia Covers. We’re an official distributor of Italian brands in the North American market. I manage marketplaces like Walmart, Wayfair, and Amazon in the US and Canadian markets.

We’ve increased our monthly ROAS. For instance, we’ve had a 5.5 ROAS in recent months, which is quite good. We have the opportunity to increase it. aNavigator has also built some dashboards to help us understand what’s happening.

They deliver on time, and we have weekly meetings with the team to discuss issues. They present solutions, so we have no problems with their project management. For tools, we use Zoom for meetings and Telegram for urgent messages.

Their flexibility is impressive. They share insights, and my team now better understands how Amazon DSP works and what opportunities we have. They’re communicative and clear, so we’re always informed.

The advertising manager should grow a little faster. When I speak with their co-founder or senior manager, we can discuss our company and advertising campaigns. However, when I speak with the advertising manager, she doesn’t seem to understand all the concepts we tackle.

Show aNavigator all your strategies. They’re not so proactive, so you need to present the whole situation in your market, provide some insights, and tell them your goals. This is the most effective way to work with them.

For the product launched nine months ago, we've seen significant progress. Overall sales have increased by 174%, with PPC sales up by 144%. The percentage of organic sales has more than tripled, rising from 6% to 21%. Additionally, three main targeted keywords have reached the top of page one (positions 4 to 5). Profits for the overall account have doubled, thanks to refining existing campaigns and launching new ones.

3. since the end of the launch stage, aNavigator team successfully manages advertising campaigns, driving PPC sales with low advertising cost of sales (ACOS) (10% lower than break-even ACOS), increasing the margin of the product up to more than 25%.

All high-priority tasks were done on time. We have a task tracker of the project at ClickUp (clickup.com). Every manager on our side at any time could see what was already done, see the results of daily ad account checkups, and competitors' tracking. Every week we had either a Zoom conference or video review of the tasks made last week and the results of last week. 

On meetings, aNavigator team presented weekly results. If we had to make some decisions, the agency team provided all data required for it and suggested 2 or 3 options for what we should do next. aNavigator team advised a lot on PPC strategy and tactics. 

The specific case of our product is the "best seller" strategy. With the "Best Seller" badge we can set higher price with an insignificant decrease in conversion rate. That means we can generate more margin. We had to monitor lots of parameters and competitors and react at lightning speed in ad account to keep our "Best Seller" badge. The agency had experience with this strategy and not only implemented it but taught us and shared all details.
