We had interactive prototypes and a fairly comprehensive design in advance because we spent a lot of time testing our users to make sure they understood the idea. Our web application was created by Alian Software Inc. with Ruby on Rails. Initially, we worked with them just to develop an MVP.
We have been collaborating with our target users to develop platform features since we confirmed that they require the product. In order to enhance specific UI elements, the team also provided ad hoc assistance with product management and design. They assist us in reconfirming everything.
