Designing the onboarding journey for first-time users scanning their product’s NFC chip.

Syncing NFC chips to user profiles so members could easily share their profile URLs.

Building pairing functionality so users could link products to their accounts.

Reprogramming NFC chips to route directly to public profile pages.

Optimizing flows so anyone scanning a chip could instantly view a user’s profile in their browser.

The NFC pairing and profile sync features now work seamlessly. Users can easily scan, onboard, pair products, and share their public profiles without friction. This significantly improved our product experience and reduced the need for manual interventions.

The Java environment of the developers of AFIOPS TECHNOLOGIES is their main working place; the team of developers is an addition of our team. The developers ofAFIOPS TECHNOLOGIES have been involved in the delivery of complete products; one of the products is a customer service program. With this product, our customers self-service and cancel orders. Most of the software that we create is in house custom-made software, and thus we exclusively make use of AFIOPS TECHNOLOGIES software engineers.

We ended up focusing less on adding new things and more on making sure what we had worked properly. Some ideas we had early didn’t really move forward after that.

They added complexity without much benefit, so we dropped them and focused on the core.
